Great flavor on the philly chicken and steak. Cooked to order so the food comes out hot and fresh. Owners are super nice.

I was traveling Augusta during lunch and stopped at Coleman’s lunch box. Very worth it. Customer service was on-point and so was the food. I got the Steak Philly lunch special which comes with fries and a drink choice of lemonade and tea. The Philly was delicious, fries well seasoned, and the sweet tea was good. If you need a lunch place, highly recommend stopping into Coleman’s Lunch Box.

We came here after debating whether to try a new wings spot or stick with what we already knew. We had been here once before, and the food was good, as well as the customer service. I’m pretty sure the owner was working the first time.
Anyway, we decided to give it another try. This time the experience wasn’t as pleasant. You’re barely greeted when you walk into the establishment. The lady at the register took our order, but it felt rushed—she must have forgotten that I asked for all flats wings.
I ordered a 10-piece and wanted to try two flavors since I was already familiar with one. However, you can only choose two flavors if you order a 20-piece, which, in my opinion, is absurd. But hey, I don’t make the rules. I just know that based on this experience, we won’t be back.
Beware of the wait time, took about 40 mins and the lack of customer service was disappointing.

My hubs and I ate here for the first time today. The people were nice, the food was hot and delicious, the sweet tea cold, the desserts decadent, the restaurant was nice and clean. The tables werent bunched up and people came and went and chatted. The staff knew their regulars. Will go back when im downtown and would recommend it to others

I discovered this spot on TikTok, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent and the food was outstanding. The Chief Pasta was rich and flavorful, the Sweet Chili wings were perfectly cooked with just the right kick, and the Jerk Chicken Eggrolls were packed with bold, delicious flavor. To top it all off, the banana pudding was nice and sweet and took a nice hit off the heat. Every bite was a hit. I’ll definitely be back!

My first time going for a relative and I grabbed a slice of red velvet cake. The cake was very dry and I trashed it. I didn’t bash or anything just left it alone. The next time I went because I wanted to try the egg rolls(which were nasty and not done in the middle and again I didn’t bash) and the lady who owns it was taking orders. I advised her about the cake while also picking up my order. I didn’t tell her for anything free but just to let her know the experience to fix it for future reference. She advise me she just had some cake that was freshly made but the biscoff red velvet pudding caught my attention and I ordered that instead and it’s a 10/10. Fast forward to 15 mins ago. I get off work and go to get the pudding and was going to get my kids some cake. I asked the guy owner when was the cake made just based off what the lady previously told me. He gets the nastiest attitude talking about our cake made fresh daily but clearly not. I told him I asked due to my previous experience and convo with the lady. He the goes to say cause it’s been in the fridge not knowing I let it sit to get room temp. After that I walked out cause you don’t get a chance to be nasty and get my money. It’s okay to take constructive criticism and implement the feedback without being rude. And will be one of the first to say we don’t support black own business.

Totalmaddness

Coleman's Lunch Box is unequal. The food is beyond what you can imagine and the Biscoff banana and red velvet pudding will leave you speechless. If that wasn't enough Mr. Coleman is a man with a great testimony of what God can do. If you don't eat here you here then you about to miss your blessing!!!
