I am so irritated, I get all the way home from a long shift to find that I was only given TWO nuggets. I am not happy….on top of that I go to call and the phone goes straight to voicemail. It’s such an inconvenience to even go back up there right now this shouldn’t have even happen in the first place.

Double cheddar burger no mayo, chili cheese fries. Even says it on the receipt. Huge glob of mayo, almost no cheese on fries. Huge glob of chili like more chili than fries. Weird. Fairly pissed off tbh. $13 down the hole and I work construction so there's no returning it.

Disgusting, I felt sick as soon as I got halfway through the burger then I realized the burger smelled funny the cheese bite were terrible tasted like they were cooked in motor oil, nothing like the cookout back home. Then I just wanted to make myself sick to get what I ate out of me.

I love Cook Out and this location fails every time I go. As well as every other location in Augusta. The staff are always rude and the food doesn’t even look appetizing. We went on 10/12 and the staff were only concerned about getting food out as quickly as possible and not concerned about quality. When you go out to eat now a days, it is difficult to get food in Augusta that is worth the value. Also difficult to get food that doesn’t need to be doctored when you arrive at the house. My milkshake wasn’t even blended and my boyfriends food looked like it was just all slapped together with no care and was cold. People struggle to make enough to go eat, so please have some respect when making people’s food. Lazy, rude, and completely uncalled for, and would be a good idea to start listening to people and not talking over them when you are working in customer service. DO BETTER COOK OUT EMPLOYEES!!!!

Was told there was not tea so I chose a different drink then got a hot drink without any ice!
The order taker was very quick wouldn't let me speak and that resulted in a totally messed up order.

The cashier was on fire today! I wish I had her multitasking skills. My receipt said the Manager was Porsha. We dined in during lunchtime, and it was busy. We were given the correct order promptly, and they made fresh unsweetened tea for us and brought it out to our table. We love the Christian music too 🩷 Thanks for the fresh yummy food and great customer service!
