This cookout was designed well. Looks more like a modern cookout. Food is always good. But the cashier seemed new as it took very long to finish the customer ahead of me as he had a small and simple order. She was friendly though.

Visited at around 6:45pm and all exterior doors were locked. Started to walk to my car to go through the drive thru and an employee yelled from their car that the "other door" was unlocked. Since we just tried both doors, we walked around the building to the doors by the drive thru and they were locked. Walked back to my car and then experienced the rudest pair in the drive thru. Food was okay, but the attitude of the employees at 6:45 on a Friday night is really bad.

Biggy Blunts
I came here a couple nights ago in the drive thru to get food, decided last minute to add a milkshake to my order after paying and handed my debit card to the lady working the window. She used the computer for a second, handed me back the card and started making my shake. Then a woman who called herself the manager told me my shake wasn't rung in and made me give her back my card to pay for it. She then did not give me a receipt for the shake and forgot to give me back my debit card. I came back tonight and asked about it, saw the same woman and was told that if she did indeed forget to give me my card back, they've already thrown it away, and immediately walked away without searching for my card. Needless to say, I need to call my bank tomorrow and replace my card.
Service was moderate. Didn’t go above and beyond, but didn’t treat us like McDonalds customers. Was however severely disappointed in the portion, and burger quality. Patties were small and burnt, asked for pickle, and got a singular chunk of a sliced dill. As you can see, my sides left nothing to be desired. I remember coming here as a kid, and they gave generous portions. I guess years of generous portions results in the skimpy ones you receive today.

I just had to review this place on behalf of the service. On Oct 21 at 12:22 a.m. my sister and I were tired and hungry. We are traveling to a funeral. Anywho, the person who took our order and the person at the window were super nice! It just brightened our day is all and I wanted to share. One of them was named Cameron. Thanks again.
