I had to take a picture of this BS double onion rings I got slopp something you will feed to the damn dog I'm glad I took pictures just don't make no sense Y'all need to do better I knew I should have went to Washington road the guy took my order was so fast I don't even think he knew what the heck he was doing had a attitude didn't even get a bag for my food just handed it to me going by my business if I wasn't on the way to work boy I had to turn around he would have got that food the same way he gave it to me

This cookout discriminates clearly the teenagers here need better training it doesn't matter if I'm male or female I want clearly what I paid for to for you to put on a show an call everyone from the back cookers to come look my children an myself was very disappointed an disgusted with this facility we will not be returning at all. If I could do no stars I would this is by far the worst experience I have had at this location in a long time I sat at the menu board for almost 5 minutes after being asked to hold on all for the service person not to come back after I said hello like 3 times I pulled up to the window only to see what looked like the whole staff playing around the girl at the window was very nice however she was the one who asked me to hold on same thing happened with the car behind me I’m a night shift manager at a fast food restaurant myself my staff knows not to act like these people was tonight was my food hot yes fresh heat but service was terrible

This cookout sucks. I waited in line for almost 30 minutes and one line was moving way faster meaning someone that pulled in way after I did was served first. We get to the speaker and the lady taking our order was so rude and had no patience whatsoever. I got my chocolate malt and it was barely mixed at all.
