I recently visited athe cookout on peach orchard road ( Hwy 25) and was overcharged. I ordered two milkshakes and one order of cheddar bites. When I arrived to my location across town, I noticed I had also been charged for a water. Please be mindful and review your receipt before leaving the premises because all of the calls go straight to their corporate office that you cannot get a live person on the phone.
Jacobia Mcgee exemplified excellent customer service this evening! She was kind, patient and she answered questions about the menu items with a smile. It was her pleasure to serve my husband and me! It is hard to find workers who go above and beyond and make a long day worth the visit! She is a keeper! An asset to this establishment for sure!
Took a minute to understand the drive-thru menu , food was tasty for the price.Quite the selection of milk shakes , I thought that the ice cream isle at Publix was teleported mocha shake hell yeah . To the person that blended it could've add a touch more syrup a d mixed a bit longer, ate my Lin-ner in parking lot and took a nap
