We just stopped at this restaurant in Augusta GA on Dyess Parkway and got more than we expected. A sharp piece of white plastic in my husband's hamburger. Didn't find it until we were miles down the road. If he had swallowed that,it could have cut his throat seriously. Will not be going back there.

I've never been so disappointed...I ALWAYS get my shakes from cookout...me and my bestie ordered 2 shakes....an orange pushup and a banana/pineapple...the orange was not flavored it was just plain vanilla; and, my banana/pineapple, I normally have chunks of both, I had to dig to find what small pieces that were in there. Do better! Pics below...and when I find my receipt I'll post that we were charged for shakes...don't know why the orange shake said $1.50.

Fiancé went to grab us food after ordering and getting the total at the box he knew the total wasn’t right so asked if the whole order was taken but got no response. After pulling on around to the window he asked again about the order and was told yes when in fact they hadn’t rang in my sandwich that he ordered first thing at the box. He asked if he could add it on at the window even though he had already ordered it and was told no. Upon asking for a manager he quickly learned that the manager was just as unprofessional as the employees in the drive thru area working. Beyond unprofessional especially when we talking trash saying “you will but outside.” Definitely need to retrain your manager taveon and the young ladies that were involved as well or simply read back the order to confirm it’s correct before telling customers to drive forward but not willing to add anything that was missed.

If you would have asked me a year or 2 ago, I would have gave 5 stars. This place use to be the best bang for your buck. On my last experience they forgot to give me half of our meal. Drove away and had to go back. Half the meat on my burger was missing as well. Majority of the meal tasted great.
