These reviews are pretty old. I did not get any cake, but I did get other sweets like macarons and brownies. The macarons are too crunchy and the filling was falling out. The brownies were hard as bricks and nasty. When I asked why the brownies were hard they said they were still trying new recipes, and no refund was offered even though I had only opened it.

Their cakes are usually really good especially the Red Velvet Delight. We have eaten their cakes about three times so naturally I was excited when my husband surprised me for my birthday with a Red Velvet Delight. And I must say, this cake was not fresh and the middle did not have cheesecake..it was like regular icing..to me, this was the best part of Red Velvet Delight because I adore cheesecake. I was happy for the surprise but very disappointed at the quality, "pre-ordering". The edges were dry. We actually tossed the cake away after trying to eat it..it felt like punishment after awhile. Such a sad cake ending to a beautifully planned day from my husband.

Aweful customer service! Said to order cake week before. I needed vanilla cake with vanilla icing for my husbands birthday. They would not do it, because they said that was a specialty cake. Also, would not deliver supposedly due to COVID, to a place that is 3 miles away. The funny things is when I called last month everything seemed fine as long as I called the week before here, I called on 8th for the 19th. 11 Days notice to make a plain vanilla cake. Nope couldn’t m. They said I had to pick a standard cake like the chocolate for $58. A standard cake not what I want for almost $60… no thank you!

I called last week about preordering a cake and was told to call a week before I needed the cake. I called today and don’t need it until 11-30 and was told they can’t have any cakes ready until after December. Very disappointed, it’s for a birthday and would have just placed the order when I originally called if I had been told a correct timeline.

Best legit cakes either side of the Mississippi, or north/south the Mason-Dixon. Challenge: walk into this place and not drool on the floor. Pro tip, they DO require advance notice because these cakes are not thrown together in haste. Rome was not built in a day, plan ahead.

I order 2 cakes celebrating twins 21st birthday. We got the perfect chocolate cake and the plain cheesecake. We have always done our own baking using sweet cream butter. I ask them if they use butter and they said yes! I knew I was a winner. The best chocolate and cheesecake we have ever eaten. No complaints at all. They even put in my car for me. I will definitely go back. The prices were within the price of anywhere else. VERY PLEASED!

We ordered (over the phone) the banana chocolate chip cake for our daughter’s birthday, it was an amazing cake. So large, took us 2 weeks to finish. Still good til the last piece. Highly recommended.

Horrible customer service. Overcooked cake. They Cakes May taste good some time. But it does not a reflect the attitude and business sense of the employees and manager. When I came back the next day to get a exchange. Management implied that I did not know what good red velvet cake tasted like. They couldn't give me another one and opted just to give me my money back. Telling me I wouldn't like the other cake they're all the same.
