These new line of workers have no idea of customer service!!! 1st problem: I come in with my son, no greeting. 2nd problem: After standing around for 3 minutes or so, the worker turns around states, “you have to order at the kiosk.” 3rd problem: I ask the worker, “what was the name of the cookie with the pink Crumbl on top?” She shrugs her shoulders says I don’t know.” Maybe it’s me but how are you placed into a position, and don’t know the product in which you’re producing (and she was the person actually making the cookies). My experience potentially could have been better had she had help, needless to say my money was not spent there!
