One of our favorite date not places! After a long day, we were able to wind down with exquisite food and perfect cocktails. Our waitress/bartender was amazing! Can't wait to go back.
My husband and I visited Cucina 503 previously and it was perfect. We brought family this time. We were seated (party of 5) in the section where servers were going back and forth past us to the kitchen and bar. I didn't look to see about the seating in the dining room, I could have asked to be moved. Our server (Kinsley) came as soon as we sat down to find out if we had looked at the menu. She almost seemed to be rushing us (in my husband's view) which started our visit off with tension. The food was fantastic, the service was less than perfect. We had ordered an appetizer and salads, they were both delivered at the same time. Overall, the food couldn't have been better, I wish the seating would have been more a more quiet.
Underwhelmed and disappointed are the kindest words I can use to describe our experience, and I only use them because our server tried very hard to compensate for all the other ways Cucina 503 fell completely flat on its face. The hosts were printing out menus, so when we finally were seated, we had to wait a bit for menus...and water...and a server. I'm quite certain we didn't get who was actually supposed to be our server, neither did the table next to us, because our server that finally arrived said, “I don't know where she is so I guess I'll get you.” The menus, once we received them, didn't match the entrees for the evening. I'm super confused why everyone raves about the food. Other than the mussels, everything else was lackluster at best. Some other review compared it to Stouffer's (I wish we would have read that sooner)— yeah, that's accurate. I had the gnocchi, all eight of them. The lasagna was good, but the duck was meh, and green beans were cold and looked sad and shriveled. Drinks were hardly refilled...Again, our server tried his hardest, weaving in humor to lighten the mood, which was the brightest part of the night, because some host literally took one of our lamps and gave it to another table. The entire staff we encountered exuded inexperience, except our server. By the end, one of my party members stated “I would have rather gone to Olive Garden,” which barely passes for Italian food. I'm not a food critic, but I sure expect a whole lot more for that price point. Will never return.
The food was amazing. The drinks were great. The staff was friendly and extremely accommodating. Great place.
We had an excellent experience! Food and service were excellent and even tried some dessert.
Know its Masters week, but we had a reservation for 7:45. When we checked in they told us it would be a 45 minute wait. We saw in the bar patiently waiting until I went up to the hostess as she was trying to give our table to a party that just walked in. We finally sat and ordered. Then another 30-45 mins before getting our main dishes, never receiving our starters or salads. Then didn't see the waiter again.
Not a great experience. dined here on recommendations in Open Table. Sorry that we did. Arrived for our reservation - table of 2. Hostess wanted to seat up at the table right inside the door - where one of us would have been by anyone entering. We asked for a different table and she agreed to move us to the other side one table in from the door. Wow - she said they had lots of reservations and had no other space for us. This is despite that there was only 1 other 4 top occupied in the front room when we got there. We split a Caesar salad to start. Wait staff mentioned that it was not large to share but seriously- what we got was 6 leaves of Romain, some parm shavings, some break crumbles and a cheese crisp. It was tasty but the portion size was ridiculous. Staff pushed several time to get us to place our entree order - even though there were not many people in the place. Felt like we were being rushed. Neither entree was very good at all. One pasta dish where son said it had a strange background flavor. I ordered the Lamb Shank - first bite was OK - downhill after that. Lamb was dry and overcooked. Pairing it with chick peas was really odd - they were very dry. It was like the Chef was experimenting with something and it just didn't work. I honesty cannot recommend this place at all. We did not enjoy ourselves.
Our server Jacob was excellent, and the food was delicious! We will definitely be back to enjoy Cucina 503 again soon!!
If could five this place zero stars, I would. I ordered the gnocchi in a lamb ragu sauce. What came to the table were five hard mini dumplins hidden in the dry lamb ragu( I say dry because there no sauce; all there was was crushed tomatoes, and a lump of hard ricotta cheese). I could not taste the lamb. For drinks, I ordered the wicked blackberry martiny, which came with ice ( martinis are NOT SERVED with ice). Despite my husband having paid $145.00, we dis not complain because we knew we would not come back again.
My husband ordered the lasagna. The cheese was almost plastic-like. It was not my and gewy the way hot, melt cheese was supposed to be and the pasta was dried.
We would NEVER go to this place again.

While we are multiple repeat diners, we have not been in quite some time. In short, our experience was excellent just as it has always been. Service was excellent, and the food was prepared perfectly. There were 4 of us and each enjoyed something different. Gnocci, Red Fish, Lasagna and Chicken and mushroom Papardelle were all fantastic. We won't wait so long before returning!
Our server was the best, attentive without being intrusive. He brought extra bread and butter once my husband complimented the taste. The mussels were amazing as always, and the lasagna was perfectly seasoned and full of flavor. Dessert sounded so good, but we were stuffed. Everything was great!
The worst service I have ever experienced. Came in to celebrate a birthday (on reservation), no acknowledgment of it, not personable at all, staff is miserable. I had to ask several times for our drinks and bread for the table. Four people ordered the same dish, all no mushrooms. All of them came out with mushrooms, it is a pretty simple request. Servers have a no care attitude. Also, asked for more bread with dinner, never brought it out. I brought our own birthday cupcakes with candles and topper and I asked if she could take it, light it and bring out it out to sing. Instead, she hands me the lighter to do it. I wanted it to be brought out lit to start singing so she would be a little surprised. The food was good, but service is so bad, I won't go back.

Cuchina more like coochina. This restaurant's service was terrible. My server was Meredith, I don't know if she was having a bad day or something but I didn't get the treatment I deserved. Me and husband came in for dinner and expected to have a nice night. She barely refilled our water, we ran out at the beginning and she filled it back up thirty minutes later and we asked her to refill it many times. She has an uninterested attitude towards us and had a smug look
on her face the whole time. She seemed mean to her other coworkers. Won't be coming back here.

Food was excellent for both of us. She had the gnocchi and I had the carbonara. Both were cooked exactly right and very tasty. The mussel's were a great appetizer. Our server was prompt and helpful though they were very busy last night. Another good meal and experience there. Covina 503 is highly recommended and, given today's post COVID prices, seems to be reasonable.
