Terrible service. Went through the drive through and order a Oreo blizzard and a chocolate milkshake. The order was repeated back correctly and said to pull around to get the total. Paid for the order and received it. Went to drive away and was given a strawberry milkshake. When I pulled back up to the window I had several workers make eye contact with me and not come up to the window. Sat there for several minutes watching the workers sitting around talking and we were never helped so we pulled off. Will not be returning.

The guy working the drive thru and the window this afternoon has to be the dumbest fast food worker I’ve ever encountered. I told him I wanted a small sundae and a regular fry off the mix n match menu. He tell me it’ll be $8.50 something not $6 something like it should be with tax. I tell him I wanted the small sundae from the menu not a medium. Medium never came out of my mouth ever. Then hands me a medium sundae as well. I asked where my regular fry was and he said he heard me say a regular sundae and that it cost the same and walked away. I just left because if he couldn’t get that simple order right, nothing I said would come through correctly in his head.

Went through drive through today around 4:20pm. Ordered a chocolate milkshake and a chocolate and vanilla mixed milkshake. Got to window and she said “you got 2 chocolate milkshakes”. I said no 1 chocolate 1 chocolate vanilla. Then she said we ain’t ain’t got chocolate ice cream. I said no and I repeated again what I ordered. Then she started sucking her teeth and rolling eyes. Talking under breath. Said yea that’s what they are. So she gave me 2 chocolates. Didn’t even correct and she’s the one with attitude!!! She closer window after taking my payment and just kept on giving looks and talking to the other girl working there. So obvious they were trash talking. I’m sorry DQ but yall better find nice people to work counters and window!!

Ate dinner with a few family members. Ordered a Chicken Strip basket along with a strawberry sundae. Both of them tasted amazing. For a smaller D.Q. location, this one certainly has excellent service and food!
Who doesn't have chocolate ice cream? They didn't have chocolate sprinkles either. The general manager told me the closest DQ that has chocolate ice cream was 40 mins away haha! Crazy.

1st time to this DQ! The new double bacon ranch hamburger was picture perfect with good bacon. Fries and strips were hot. Place was clean, staff was friendly. I definitely will be back!

My son had put an application in online and was told to come in and fill one out in person as well. He called to make sure today was a good day before I took him up there. We got up there and he was told they don't have any. Why say come up there and not be able to provide the paper application?? Absolute total waste of gas and time.
