Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Not sure why this place has 3.8 stars. Just had a cheeseburger and chicken basket and it was prepared so well. The fried are awesome too.

My order was filled super fast & by the time I got home to eat it, the bread was as hard as a rock the fish was dry. The supreme work of a microwave. I could not eat it. A total waste of my hard earned money.

Horrible! Unless you like..Microwaves burgers, Cold then recooked oily fries and small portions.

1. Ordered food noticed it was very HOT not fresh just HOT.
2. Took a bite and everything was HOT, pickles, tomato, onions, Mayo, ketchup etc
3. Drive back to window and explain this is not right the cashier says we heat up the burger after we make them to melt the cheese. (Ummmm what!) This is a health hazard.
4. Cashier pauses I say can you make me a burger without microwaving the veggies.
5. Get new burger everything is cold, bread, veggies 🙌🏽 and meat definitely not cooked fresh 😒
6. Fries COLD
7. I go back and ask for fries and they drop them in the grease acting as if they made a fresh batch.

Moral of the story if DQ on Washington rd cannot afford professional staff i.e Manager to ensure the issue is resolved and cooks who KNOW what they are doing and extremely pressed on food cost COOK THE FOOD CORRECTLY the 1st time. I cannot recommend this location to anyone.

Ice cream favor was still the save. Thats what I enjoy. Expensive for ice cream sundae. The weather lady on TV said that the dairy queen was Expensive. I guess we'll be buying ice cream at grocery store.

I absolutely love the royal fluffernutter blizzard. It is my favorite! I'm not a big chocolate fan, and this one has very little chocolate in it. The focus is on the marshmallow and peanut butter.

This Dairy Queen location has been serving up soft-serve treats and savory, hot meals for as long as I can remember. You can hit up the drive thru or place an order inside and wait for your meal to be delivered to your table. The burgers are classic and the ice cream does not disappoint. My favorite is a hot fudge sundae; it's hard to beat the combo of hot fudge and cold vanilla ice cream!

When ever I Am in this area I always stop here for lunch,the food is always good,there prices are reasonable also the place over all is very clean and staff is always pleasant 🙂

It sure would be nice if this mint Oreo blizzard I ordered had any mint or Oreo below about halfway down. This is the worst one by far, but it happens basically every time I come here. I've even transitioned from ordering largest to mediums so that they make it further down... Apparently that doesn't work either.

My daughter asked me to give them a great review (she never does this)! Our order came fast, fresh, and tasty. The staff were very friendly, accurate, and efficient. The store was clean. We are very happy with our service today. :)

Had to go to the window again because one of my ice cream's wasn't dipped in chocolate like I asked. The strawberry blizzard had 2 pcs of strawberry and very little juice. It wasn't even pink. The dairy queen in NA is better.
