This DQ knows what “customer service” is. Nothing but respect from the staff, food is always quick and ready. Good prices and good food are rare in fast food these days. I suggest this location to co workers and friends.

Went inside to get me and my little sister blizzards, there was no communication with the cash register the only thing that came out of her mouth was asking if that was all. They didn't flip the blizzards like they're supposed to and so I flipped it and it did make a small mess that I cleaned up and we just proceeded to leave because there was no getting their attention.

I went through the drive-through at this Dairy Queen the girl taking my order has a attitude while I’m halfway through my order she says she can’t hear me so I speak louder and she gets upset and says just drive around I can’t hear you
When I drive around she tells me my whole order. I pay given my order and it’s wrong so I tell her it’s wrong and gave it back she went and got the right order while doing so she would stare at me the whole time . Gave me the right order just waiting for the rest as I’m waiting she looks at me as if wondering why I’m still there I said this is not my whole order can I please get the rest she goes and grab it while waiting she continues to stare at me .

She has no manners to be in customer service I understand if having a bad night but doesn’t mean to be rude or make customers uncomfortable I would know I work in customer service…

Staff was not friendly, the tables were not cleaned, maybe they had just finished up a rush. Several employees were sitting in the lobby. This location used to be very inviting and friendly, i hope it was just am off night. The blizzards were okay.

I visited this location a few months ago and the food wasn't too bad and there was good service. Went back a couple of days ago and service was non-existent and many workers were just standing around or either giving all of their attention to the drive thru. An elderly gentleman came in behind me and said they needed more help. The help was there they just were not doing anything. Prices were ridiculous for 2 fries and a drink and the drink was flat and the fries were over greasy and had absolutely no taste other than the greasy taste of other foods grease they had been cooked in. Ketchup didn't even help. There are better options and better food somewhere else.

I was so disappointed ? I wanted too try one of the new ultimate blizzards, the strawberry ? cheesecake one with the center filled with strawberry filling. I got it and it cost almost ten dollars and it was so disappointing and didn't even taste like strawberry cheesecake or looked like the picture and when I mentioned it to the staff a man simply said that's just the way they tuen out after we mix it together. Which is untrue because the one I had in Lexington SC looked or tasted nothing like this thing. And also my fiancebouhht a tender basket and when they brought it the tenders were cold, so we asked for a fresh order and the man pit them in the microwave and said now they are nice n hot. Wow wow wow is all I can say definitely do not recommend this location

This place is very cranky. The cashier did not say one word other than my total and did not even want to reach out to hand me the receipt. She honestly looked PISSED and it made me uncomfortable. The burger was dry and not so good at all, but the chicken tenders are bomb if fresh!

This is one of the cleanest DQ stores I've been too in awhile. The people working here are polite and do a good job overall. The food has been fresh every time I've been for lunch. The chicken strips and fries were perfectly cooked. The blizzards have plenty of toppings. This may be the best DQ I've been to in a very very long time. Which is why when I need a sweet treat I hit this place up. Hasn't let me down in any of my last 5 or 6 visits.

Came here for a quick lunch. Left feeling indifferent. Overall experience was pretty standard with what you’re expect from fast food; nothing horrible but nothing above any basic expectations. It seemed like the crew was confused on what I ordered even moments after requesting the chicken fingers, as I was repeatedly asked if I got different ice cream. The meal itself was standard. The tenders were decent but the fries and the toast could’ve used a little more time getting crisped up. Definitely a better place for ice cream than it is for meals.
