I went to the drive through, no answer, I went in...filthy. counters sticky, floors sticky and the drink section sticky and this is 11 am smh

Came in on Sunday night just to stand at the cash register waiting for anyone to acknowledge me. A lady from the back came out with a tub full of cookies cussing. A man came out after her. Neither acknowledged we were even there so we left. I usually come through drive thru and am pretty understanding when it comes to almost anything but that was unacceptable and I won’t be back.

When I arrived, there were three teenagers working who were unprofessional and extremely rude. It took them an unreasonable amount of time to come to the window, and when they did, they informed me the store was only accepting cash.

When I asked whether management was aware of the machines being down, or if this was simply an excuse to take cash, their behavior suggested they were not taking the situation seriously. What made matters worse was that one of the employees (pictured) refused to provide me with the store’s phone number when I requested it so I could report the issue.

This type of behavior reflects very poorly on your company. Customers deserve respectful service, transparency, and honesty. I would appreciate this matter being addressed promptly, as well as confirmation that management is aware of the situation.

Do not come here if you have nut allergies. I just had a reaction from a blizzard here. Their staff are not equipped nor do they care about taking proper precaution for allergies. Half of the staff are wearing random clothes. No hair nets in sight. Upper management needs to get on this store ASAP.

Traveling from Atlanta to Augusta Airport for my son flying out. Don't ask about the flight details😮‍💨 But Dairy Queen made it worth it for the 3 of us. Spending time on the road with my boys is good.

I really tried to give it the benefit of the doubt but the chicken tenders was SO HARD , workers playing in the kitchen. So nasty and i dont understand how they are still in business

Went there looking for a nice quick bit of ice cream, we had only ordered three items a chocolate extreme blizzard a butterfinger blizzard and a dipped cone, neither blizzard was properly blended all ingredients were at the top and the chocolate extreme was missing one of the main ingredients choco fudge, the only thing they did right was the dipped cone
