I'm not a gamer but if you are this place is a good place to have fun. The food is pretty good as well and the prices are not outrageous. Our granddaughter and daughter-in-law had a great time while visiting during Spring Break. Our other grandchildren have Spring Break in two weeks so I suspect we will be back again.

If 0 was available i would. Got inside it was a slow night. On March 4. We were visiting from out of town 4 teenagers wanting something to do. Never been to dave ave busters. Came in had to wave someone down to be seated even though a slow night literally they almost had the arcade to themselves. Asked for explanation and recommendations and was given a really bad rundown. The hostess was training the girl with her. That was fine but believe me customer service was not there. Got order wrong and was replaced. Husband went to bathroom kitchen staff member did not wash hands and he informed management. She went to talk to him. Told our waitress where she replied that was not professional. We spent roughly around 250 to literally feel like we were at a crapshoot arcade with a snack bar. Never got around to writing the review but here it is. I will never go back to another dave and busters. Some of the machines took points was too hard to find someone.

Great server. Plenty of food options. Good flavor ribs, sliders were great. Super clean family restroom.

Dave & Busters have an 1.5 wait for a table. Okay, I get it, it could be busy or short staffed and we can entertain ourselves in the meantime. It was a longer wait, but even after being seated - waiting 15+ minutes to be served isn't really appropriate. Not a good experience, but it could've been worse.

Really disappointed from our last visit. It took forever to get our food, and it was clear they needed more servers. I cannot recommend it right now for a weekday evening visit until they get more people on staff and figure out their kitchen problems.

20 min for a beer and 1 hour for food on a Thursday with 40% of the restaurant full. Wow!

I really wish I could remember our waitresses name when we visited because she was amazing. She had so many tables and was handling it all on her own with minimal help and though you could tell she was a little overwhelmed she was always kind and on top of her tables. She was shorter with short brownish blonde hair - I truly wish I could remember her name so she could get the credit she deserves. Many people hate their customer service jobs these days because of how hateful people have become so it's rare when you find a great one!

The overall atmosphere was great. We enjoyed wings, mozzarella sticks, and a very strong and yummy mixed drink which I appreciated because it helped calm my nerves about being around so many people at one time. I have social anxiety and I'm pretty awkward so the alcohol helped 😂 My 7 year old daughter had an amazing time but I do wish it wasn't SO expensive. We received a $150 giftcard for Christmas and she got to play maybe 20-25 games which is crazy to me. She ended up taking home like 30 rubber ducks which she loved and I appreciated that you're guaranteed to get one as most of the other games are absolutely rigged for you to lose so you will continue to spend money. Everything is just so expensive these days and it's frustrating that we can't afford to take our daughter to do more things because of this... But I can't blame the employees because they have no say. Everyone was really kind and helpful, the place was pretty clean as well as the bathrooms which I appreciated since I've been to too many restaurants/establishments that make it seem they clean the bathroom once a week.

Overall I recommend giving it a try but expect to spend close to $100+ if you want to get a couple hours of playtime. We live in Aiken so we do wish we had one closer but it's worth the drive to have some family time. We also appreciated the security since there were multiple kids who acted like they had absolutely no home training and were making it dangerous for small children to enjoy themselves. Security didn't put up with it and made them leave.

Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly!

Wheelchair accessibility: Tons of wheelchair accessibility for those who require it!
