Just what I asked for . Very quick and very professional my son loved his graduation cake. And cookies

The cake looked exactly like the picture provided. They didn’t complete one part of it that was requested, but the attendant did apologize and offered alternative compensation for the error. I appreciated that. However, the reason I took away a star is because the cake was not fresh, our entire dinner party gave the same review after tasting it.

Delightful bites has made two kids birthday cakes for us in 2023. Both were beautiful and delicious and the kids loved them. We will definitely be back!

So happy with how my baby shower cake turned out! Delightful Bites made an exact replica of what I requested. Every single piece was eaten by our guests and they were all impressed with the delicious taste (buttercream and vanilla). Will absolutely continue to use this bakery for all of our cake needs!

She made a Harry Potter cake for my daughter's 5th birthday and it turned out amazing! Not only did it look awesome, but it was also delicious. I will be getting my other daughters' birthday cakes from here for sure!

I can not thank Ms. Leia for helping me decide what to get for "My Family Thanksgiving". Decided to go with the turkey and pumpkin decorated cookies and a variety of cupcakes. I have to say the "Red Velvet" was a HIT! Will defiantly be ordering from there again.

My husband and I just lost our youngest son and we went in for a small cake to celebrate his birthday...first without him. We decided on 2 cupcakes and I became very emotional. We were given the cupcakes at no charge and the worker, a sweet lady was so very kind. The cupcakes were absolutely delicious. The kindness portrayed along with the delicious cupcakes was top notch.

Savannah cake was delicious not to mention the bomb presentation. The strawberry cake was so moist with really good flavor. Not to mention, I was unable to pick the cake up on time Saturday because of an emergency and the owner opened the store on Sunday (store closed) and allowed me to still get my daughter's cake for her birthday party. Thank you all so much for going over and beyond! That's what counts with customer service.

Terrible miscommunication....terrible customer service.....I should have been mindful of the the reviews. Got the cake home for my son's graduation party and the tassle was so heavy it broke the hat. It's a very busy time for graduates so we don't have time to bring the cake back for them to fix it!!!! Do yourselves a favor and choose a different bakery if you want to spend 120.00 for sub par work!

From the very first phone call the customer service was poor. The young lady sounded annoyed and did not want to be bothered or provide answers to questions that I had in reference to ordering a birthday cake... There was no follow up email from the directions that was given from the call. Therefore over the span of 3-4 days trying to place an order based on the directions of the phone call. I called on 05/26 to place the order because I had not heard anything from the email that I sent on the 05/25 with the design and was told they could not do anymore cakes... HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED ...

This place is absolutely incredible! They did my graduation cake and it was so beyond perfect and just what I wanted! It was a two tier yellow cake with almond frosting and fondant covering! So delicious! They also did all the cookies in the picture! Decoration was adorable and taste was spectacular!

Ordered a graduation cake, sugar cookies (gluten free & regular), and mini gourmet cookies for our daughters party. Everything was delicious but the gourmet cookies stole the show!!! I am still getting asked about those days later!Everything was ready on time and the process was seamless!!! Highly recommend ordering anything/everything from Delightful Bites!!!

We loved my son’s Marvel birthday cake. It was beautiful and perfect. I felt the pricing was fair. Their strawberry cake is phenomenal.

We ordered a birthday cake for my son and it was so delicious. It was very tastefully decorated and was just scrumptious. If you are looking to wow your guests or family with a great cake, you should give this store a call. Very tasty. We will order another cake in June for my older son's birthday.

Bought three dozen cookies for a graduation party (the cookie designs were cute to loo at). Only six of them were eaten. The cookies were very very thick, dry and salty. Inedible, basically. I took two bites and could not get through anymore. No one would eat them. I called to relay my experience and the girl on the phone said it is the same recipe we have always used and everyone else likes them. Be fore warned, they do not care if you are happy or not.
