The waiter was nice, however the place was not very clean, and did not feel comfortable eating there.

Excellent service, probably one of the best ham and cheese omlets I've ever had! Wanted a strawberry banana smoothie and they were out of syrup and she put real strawberries in it to make it! Thank you for accommodating a customer that way!

Nice 24hr breakfast place to go if you want some Vegetables. Dinner meals with sides reasonably priced and friendly staff. Right off the exit so it’s convenient to most everything including hotels. Starbucks and Duncan donuts and Krispy Kreme close also.

As chain restaurants go I'm a moderate fan of Denny's but this isn't one of them. It appears from menu offerings and signage that Denny's is trying to up their game and make themselves more relevant in light of what I can only assume is slipping market share; if this restaurant is an example of that new direction we may not have much longer to eat at ANY Denny's restaurant. The bathrooms were filthy and out of paper towels, there was trash on the floor, the service was loud and slow, the food wasn't prepared well at all - overdone steak ? and hashbrowns, underdone bacon, and tasteless grits... on second thought , no ding on the grits being tasteless, I mean grits, right? The worst "feature" was the understaffed and tiny vestibule that served as entrance, exit, waiting area, and cashier stand. There were lines for all of these functions and people waiting to check-out, LITERALLY standing beside someone's table in the diner's face, just waiting to pay. All of this during conditions that the manager described as "not that busy." ? I shudder to think of conditions when this place IS busy ?! I will be back to Denny's; I won't be back to this one.

My experience was disappointing at best. I arrived at approximately 0950. I inquired about my food at 1030 and then requested my receipt. The waitress sent the manager to the table who informed me that after waiting almost 50 minutes the food was on the way. I sat there as other people were served before me who arrived after me. I didn't have a specialty order either. The food finally arrived at 1035 but still the order was not complete. She brought burned pancakes to the table. After realizing the expression on my face, she said I'll bring better pancakes. The experience was horrible. I will not be going back.

We frequent the Washington Road, Denny's when in Augusta. Our most recent visit the service was great. She saw to all of our needs, in a reasonable time and manner. For that, she was given a $ 15.00 tip. This morning, as with another visit to the same store, my credit card was billed 18 % more than the total bill, including gratuity. Manager says she does not understand why. Another manager insists that they normally add 18% as gratuity. Since I put in my own, it should not have, and it will be returned with in 3-5 days. I am watching my account like a hawk. So, warning out there, this is not the first time it has happened with this store, or this card. Watch your balances, and report and differences immediately. That 3-5 business days is longer than some credit cards allow for you to dispute....Just saying...pay in cash.

This is the spot for a late night breakfast...open 24 hours. I ate at the counter, and had the Lumberjack breakfast....oh yes!!! Located on the main road in Augusta, near I-20, exit 199. Good prices. Good staff. Good food.

Pretty decent all around. Went in with a group of 10 people at 130am and they were great. Got our orders right and were fairly attentive.

It is always difficult posting reviews of major chains. That being said, I need to give a shout out for this Augusta location. Friendly staff; decent food and prices
