We order Diablos a lot since it's by my work but today was probably the 10th time they left important things out again. Today they didn't give chips for the burrito bowl and left out sour cream, chipotle ranch, and authentic red sauce. We kept going back because the food is good but I'll have to give mine away today and won't be going back because it's turning into a huge waste of money. ):

I have been there twice in the past 2 weeks because it’s the closest one to my school, and both times everything was amazing. All the food was fresh and fully stocked, they give you very decent portions without over doing it, everyone was super polite, and it was extremely clean. This is the best diablos in Augusta.

The young lady that prepared my order today was very professional and went above and beyond when preparing my order. She is a model image of what customer service should be. I ordered nachos and she put herself in the customers shoes. I can’t stand soggy nachos so the chips and queso were separate. Most people would have just put the nachos together without any consideration. I will be sure to frequent the Walton Way location.

It seems like the after reopening, the wheeler road location didn’t bounce back. Today I ordered the burrito with chicken. For the life of me I don’t understand why it ended up spicy with not a single piece of chicken. I tried calling twice but the phone just rang and then asked me to enter my passcode.
It would also help if they added something to their menu to indicate if something will be spicy. I’ve stopped getting corn salsa because it has too many jalapeños.
