I have been there twice in the past 2 weeks because it’s the closest one to my school, and both times everything was amazing. All the food was fresh and fully stocked, they give you very decent portions without over doing it, everyone was super polite, and it was extremely clean. This is the best diablos in Augusta.
The young lady that prepared my order today was very professional and went above and beyond when preparing my order. She is a model image of what customer service should be. I ordered nachos and she put herself in the customers shoes. I can’t stand soggy nachos so the chips and queso were separate. Most people would have just put the nachos together without any consideration. I will be sure to frequent the Walton Way location.
Always quick & friendly service. Good vegetarian options. Very generous portions. Fresh ingredients. Relatively same cost & time consumption as fast food, for a way better/ healthier product.
