2025-02: Came in for a late lunch and there were no customers with only two people working, both who had little to no customer service skills. Neither one of them were exactly pleasant and one even acted as though she had a chip on her shoulder. The dining room was clean and orderly. The food was mediocre at best. The hot salsa even tasted "off" - both in one of our orders, as well as from the salsa bar. I will visit a different Diablo's in the area in the future.
Parking: The parking lot is very small, which can be congested during busy periods. It is shared with several other businesses within the small parcel/strip building and is laid out poorly, with only one entrance/exit.

I was first skeptical at my spouse‘s suggestion, but this isn’t too shabby for a chain without a big veg emphasis. With the build your own bar you can put a tasty and filling burrito/bowl/tacos etc. together. Their tofu is pretty nice and well made! As is the guacamole. The only thing I stay away from is the rice because I saw a few meat chunks in there when the server stirred it at our first visit. It probably slid in from the neighboring bowl, but yeah. Staff are usually nice and it’s a really affordable option. They totally overdo it with the amount of chips they give with the meals, but I think that’s kinda their brand :)
It was too cold inside, it was about to rain, so it was not that hot outside for it to be that cold on the inside. The windows has condensation on it.

Corey and his team is amazing ! I never have any problems with my food. The customer services is always pleasant. They go above and beyond for their customers and I appreciate them for all they do !

I love diablos, always choose them over chipotle or moes anything similar. But the employees have the worst attitudes. Just have this look on their faces like they don’t want to be there. Working somewhere is a choice. If you don’t like it, just find something different or better. Very simple concept.

Unfortunately I was made to feel like I was more of an inconvenience than a customer. Food was o.k., over half of the burrito bowl was rice and black beans though, barely any room for anything else. Shrinkflation, fill the bowl with filler and skimp on the meat and veggies?? I was planning on sitting down inside to eat but as I went down the ordering line nothing got better; just paid and left.

I love Diablo's and the Wheeler Rd. location has recently become my favorite. The staff is always friendly (even during their busy lunch rush). I typically get my food to go but the environment is always welcoming and the food is always fresh!
