2025-02: Came in for a late lunch and there were no customers with only two people working, both who had little to no customer service skills. Neither one of them were exactly pleasant and one even acted as though she had a chip on her shoulder. The dining room was clean and orderly. The food was mediocre at best. The hot salsa even tasted "off" - both in one of our orders, as well as from the salsa bar. I will visit a different Diablo's in the area in the future.

I was first skeptical at my spouse‘s suggestion, but this isn’t too shabby for a chain without a big veg emphasis. With the build your own bar you can put a tasty and filling burrito/bowl/tacos etc. together. Their tofu is pretty nice and well made! As is the guacamole. The only thing I stay away from is the rice because I saw a few meat chunks in there when the server stirred it at our first visit. It probably slid in from the neighboring bowl, but yeah. Corey and his team is amazing ! I never have any problems with my food. The customer services is always pleasant. They go above and beyond for their customers and I appreciate them for all they do !
