They priced gouge after the devastation of hurricane what a shame

I used to love this place. But things have changed for the worse:
1: Ranch: The chipotle ranch use to be free now they started charging for a small side cup of ranch(even if you bought a meal).
2. Chips: You used to get a full scoop of chips with every meal, now you get 10-15 chips. They used to give refills on the chips, now you have to pay $1.25 for a small bag of chips.
3. Portions: Their portions used to be huge, I used to eat here and be filled for the rest of the day, now I eat there and don’t even feel full because they are giving decreased portions
4. Prices: Their chicken burritos/bowls used to be $8.55 now they are $10.95, and this doesn’t even include a drink. Thats a 28% increase in the span of 3 years.

I genuinely used to love this place and my family and friends joked about how often I ate at diablos (literally like multiple times a week) and even took me there on special occasions for me. Unfortunately, I will be avoiding diablos from now on. It’s not the prices, I know inflation is a thing they can’t control and I have been blessed to be able to afford even the current prices on a regular basis, its the charging for every little thing, charging for the chips, charging for the sauce, charging for the tortilla, and most importantly reducing the portions! I still wish diablos the best since they are a local small business providing fresh and healthy meals. Please reconsider your portions and the charging for chip refills and I will be more than happy to come back to my ex-favorite restaurant.

Loved it! Flavors we amazing. Service was fast and friendly. Lots of great Keto options. I will return next time I am in Augusta. If you have not tried Diablo's, I recommend you do!

Let me start by saying the employee was doing her job.For the life of me I’m not sure why I can’t order a nacho bowl and get the chips on the side? I will not eat the whole meal at one time, the chips get soggy and the meal becomes a waste. I’m not asking for anything for free, not asking for cheese dip on the side only the chips. My request is not costing the establishment any extra money. I’m only asking that I can enjoy my nachos thru out the day. Diablo owner quit being so money hungry and petty and let me have my chips on the side. Will not be visiting this establishment again.

The food today was just disappointing. Staff were nice and friendly, but the food was well past its sell by date. Nothing looked fresh on line, but I ordered a chicken burrito bowl any way. Huge mistake. Not sure if it was just a slow day, but the food tasted like it had been hanging out-- lukewarm--on that line all day. I tossed it.

I used to Come to this location alot now I never come anymore....I tried to give them another chance to nite but once again they are out of chicken and it's only 715... s3ems every time I used to come it would be wait on chicken so if you know it's your best seller then you would think you would keep chicken in the bowl right? I'm not a picky person at all this first time ive ever left a bad review so maybe whoever is in charge will see this and fix issue . I started driving all the way down off Walton way because they havnt ever been out of chicken or tea or the sauce is gone.
