Stopped here while passing through and this place was awesome! It is a small cafe within the natural store. I had Durban Deluxe made into a wrap. The flavor was great and feta cheese made it even better!
Would definitely come back

Dietary restrictions: They are able to make anything into a bowl if you can not have bread or wraps.

I visited the herbs store that this restaurant sits in several times, but the restaurant was always just closing. It always smelled so good! I decided to go back for lunch. They sell sandwiches, paninis, wraps, bowls, and healthy juices and smoothies. I got the acai protein powder smoothie. It was so good! Great flavor! I also had the chicken panini with provolone cheese and their peri peri sweet heat sauce. It was very good, and it was fresh and hot! My friend had the chicken quesadilla and she really enjoyed hers also. I'll definitely be going back.

The interior of this place was really cool. It’s cozy & seemed to be a great place to have a conversation. The food was unfortunately not good at all, however. The menu has several, conceptually very appetizing options to choose from. I got the Durban, as did my friend. Both of us agreed that the chicken on our sandwiches was dry & offputting tasting, and the spinach tasted quite off too. The ingredients did not taste very fresh, and the black beans and rice I got as my side were flavorless too.

The food is always great, I had the chicken and pineapple quesadilla

I thought the food was very fresh and the taste was pretty ok then my daughter found a hair on her quesadilla. The workers really need to make sure their hair is up and out of the way. We were pretty grossed out after that.

They were slammed, staff were so kind and accommodating you wouldn't know it. I specifically sought them out (in the back of a health food store!) because there's a "Vegan Bowl" on the menu. Hot tip though, everything automatically comes with a mayo-based sauce, you have to specify that you'd like to swap it out. I got the Lemon Herb and it was *phenomenal*

Vegetarian options: Vegan Bowl! So delicious.
