Domino's Pizza

Ordered on the app was taking forever to get my food. Then when I called to see how long it would be the lady had a shity attitude like it was an inconvenience no people skills at all and was very rude i will never order from this dominoes or any other one ever again.

Was delivered the wrong order, could not get in touch with anyone to fix it over the phone for over 30 minutes, then once I spoke with someone, the employee told another that my order was “apparently” wrong, with an insinuating tone. I was not apologized to for the mistake and inconvenience and the employee had an attitude. I overheard him while he “put me on hold” tell a walk in customer they had no orders currently, then turn right around and tell me it would be an hour wait due to “lack of drivers” for a plain cheese pizza.

2 and a half hours for cold pizza on a week day. Ordered here by mistake instead of the tobacco road location. Won't make that mistake again

Did an online order for pickup, walked in was ignored for 10 minutes while everyone talked to a friend in the corner. Finally the girl looked up from her phone and walked over and asked what I wanted my pizza was already on the shelf for at least 10 minutes as she stood there never looked up from her phone was very rude and when I called to complain the manager blew me off and said oh just call the toll free number if you've got a problem instead of asking what the problem was. Totally unprofessional store will never shop there again without would rather eat Kroger Pizza

Ordered a pizza for pickup, and when I arrived, it was not made. No problem. I wait in the parking lot for it to be made, and I am told they will come to give it to me. Instead, they never do. Terrible experience. Usually its good though

Delivery charge is predatory and they still expect you to tip after upcharging your total!!!

Kid-friendliness: safe to take your kids and wait for pizza, you can even watch them make it

Dominos started using different sauce years ago when they started selling lasagna and their pizza sauce tastes same as lasagna , I have contacted them and they say it is not same, but I think corporate does not know what franchisee's do. Anyway I tried a couple of times to help them but it is a shame they used to have good pizza. We will be getting a papp's pizza and they have better sauce. Can not wait until it opens. Dominoes will lose out if they do not do something, noone wants a pizza that tastes like lasagna.
I tried they need to goback to original sauce the had 20 years ago . What they have now is costing them business. I drive 25 minutes to Harlem Pizza Hut to avoid Dominoes. But soon I will just goto Pappa Johns.

Yesterday I picked up my two pizzas and pasta the pizza was cold and wasn't cut all the way and tasted dry and stale the pasta wasn't all so great either I'm not sure what is going on because normally the food is fresh and hot and always good yesterday I was very disappointed ended up during my food away didn't even want it nor did my family my last little bit of money went down to drain ???

I waited an hour and 30minutes for my order before I called the store just to be told my order has to be canceled because they had no driver. I am a paraplegic male with no transportation while my wife is at work and now the money is on hold. I think that I should have been contacted about this a lot earlier. I wouldn’t recommend them AT ALL

The Manager at this location named Scott went above and beyond tonight!! Pizza was hot , fresh, and everyone in the house was pleased!! THANK YOU SCOTT FOR SAVING THE NIGHT!!
I would have taken pictures but everyone cleared them out before I could. Lol
