Anthony the manager needs a real hard reality check. They messed up our order, he refused to talk to me, then told my husband he'd replace our order, then I drive there only for him to tell me that's not true.

This is the worse experience we have had as a hotel staff. We ordered 5 pizzas and had an employee pick it up. When she got there, they only gave her 4 pizzas. When we called back up to the store, the guy was very rude, after being on hold for 20 minutes, and was not accommodating at all. He was even unable to complete the order after saying, I would have to only order online. I would not use Domino's again.

This location makes the best pizza and plain chicken wings you will ever eat!! I am a chicken wing nut and this location is the bomb!! The employees are awesome!!
I ordered NY STYLE carry out medium pizza from 3100 Washington Rd location, Augusta, GA on 11/20/2024. This was the nastiest pizza I’ve ever had! The backside was not done. I tried reheating it in the oven and it was still like raw cornmeal. And it didn’t taste good. The gentleman working needs help, more employees to help manage the store.

I came to Dominos after work I had never eated at a chain Pizza place before so I talked with one of the employees on shift about specials and deals on the food and he was very knowledgeable but and friendly. When I ordered my food and Came back the “manager” I’m assuming was cussing and raising cane in the lobby to the guy who had helped me when I came in. Personally it made me feel uncomforable and I won’t be back because of the atmosphere I recieved from management.

the management irately refused a refund they should have been well aware they owed us. the hour I waited to retrieve the pizza I ordered, unsuccessfully, had me watching at least three other customers earning refunds to from whatever issue they had. many orders were piled up and not leaving, and I had already waited 2.5 hours before I showed up looking for mine.

I ordered about b$50 dollars worth of food and it was delivered wrong. Spent around 1 hours that night and 30 minutes the next day trying to get someone to answer a call. I will definitely not order from there again.

Steve is excellent in customer service and professionalism. He deserves a raise and promotion. I love the drive thru window and the double fried crispy chicken wings hit the spot every time. Order is hot ready accurate and fresh.
The driver delivered my order super fast and with a friendly attitude! However the Búfalo pan pizza was undercooked and the whole pizza had spiced sauce when I specified the spice should go just in the half, and the chicken and toast were delivered without forks. Other stores make this order so you can do it too! I also called the store and the person who attended the call said they cannot do anything. He then confirmed my phone number and said “stay in the line I will transfer the call to the store” but he hung up the call so the only thing that was good tonight was the delivery service that just forgot the forks, or maybe the store didn’t have any!

Online order to pickup was pretty seamless. Took about 10 minutes from ordering to pizza being ready for pickup, which may have ultimately been a demerit, as I felt the pizza was a little underdone compared to other locations, but this can be easily remedied with a few seconds in the air fryer. Another thing I noticed was it felt like the sauce was not spread across the pizza evenly, probably due to them trying to be efficient. Some slices had a good ratio of meat/cheese/sauce, and some slices felt like it was just meat and cheese on there. Overall solid option for quick, customized, pizza. I feel like it could be improved by spending a couple extra moments in the pizza making process before pickup.

Terrible drive thru window location. You have to literally drive up to the windo and back up because there is an island with grass on it that prevents you from being able to fully drive up to the window.
