Addicted to the iced coffees! Super nice staff at the Grovetown location!
This is not the first time they have messed up my order and won’t be last time. If you want your coffee done incorrectly this is the place to go. If I could’ve gave them all zeros I would have. I hate when this place messes up your order and don’t wanna fix it. The manager corrected but his employee had an attitude!

For the past year I've been getting an iced matcha latte with oat milk with 8 shots of butter pecan and 8 shots of blueberry. I've never been charged for additional butter pecan nor blueberry shots. Today 09/08 I was charged $1.20 for additional shots. I tried to explain to staff that I've been getting this drink for the past year and never been charged for additional shots. They told me I should've been charged this entire time. I feel they didn't understand where I was coming from and feel they should've removed the charge as a one time courtesy and charged me for the additional shots next time since I'm now aware that additional shots cost.
They were fairly busy, but service was quick once I noticed the Kiosk to order from.

I requested a medium iced latte with no ice, FULL and an ice cup. I was told I would be charged an extra $1 to “fill the cup.” I already knew there is an ice cup charge. To charge me an extra dollar to give me a medium drink that I already paid for….stay cheap DD. Seven brew does not charge to FILL my cup. AND Dunkin’ Donuts charged me for a pup-cup. I have NEVER had any restaurant charge me for a pup cup except DD.

Took my toddler to Dunkin. The staff was exceptional in service. They really made my toddler enjoy the experience of choosing a donut. The service offered at Dunkin is highly professional and ensures customers satisfaction. Definitely deserves 5+ stars.

This is our favorite DD in Augusta. The entire morning staff is awesome. The atmosphere is great. We come to this location everyday and we love it. We sit and have coffee and doughnuts. Sincerely the cash christoff crew.
