I went threw the drive thru after a hard day's work an asked for a simple Large black coffee with 5 pumps of creamer I got after a 10 minute wait time an a 3.46 charge I got handed a medium 1 creamer 1 sugar where were you when you took my order simple order an didn't get one thing I asked for.

I don't usually give bad reviews, but I've been burned by this Dunkin one too many times to keep my mouth shut. For the most part, I've never had a real issue when getting coffee from this Dunkin, but food? I've had more issues than not. Stale donuts, wraps with ice cold centers, missing items in my order, you name it.
Today was the final straw. I ordered a grilled cheese and none of the cheese was even melted inside of the sandwich! Y'all don't check the food you cook to make sure it is actually meeting requirements? Absolutely ridiculous.
I will probably never go to this Dunkin again at this point, they just lost a customer for good.
Do yourself a favor and go just about anywhere else.

Food not fully cooked cold inside.oven is dirty burn food stick to food and smell other food cooking other food together. Oven paper multi time use is burn still they keep use same paper. They should use new paper each order. Meats and hash browns using same paper

This is definitely one of the worst locations in Augusta, in my opinion. Came here late afternoon, doors, all locked up with no signs about the dining room being shut. Walked all the way around the place to the other door, only to find it locked as well. I’ve had other not so positive experiences at this location previously.
I retract my review of this Dunkin at first it was great, but now it’s one of the worst Dunkin in Augusta along with the Wheeler Rd location. This place have the audacity to stay open til midnight but honestly they need to close at 8 like Walton Way or hire an entirely new staff that cares about their customer service and knows how to make coffee because every time I visit I get a horrible cup of coffee every time and they don’t even care. Stay away from this place if you want a good cup of coffee or fresh donut just enjoy the ice cream. Go to Belair Rd Washington Rd Evans or Walton Way. Since my review Walton Way has really been fantastic about correcting errors with a smile...they’ll make you glad you came. Customer service is outstanding and coffee is remarkable every time.

I ordered the bacon, and it was good. The drive thru line wasn't long but it took a while during one person order but once that person left everybody else food started flowing so maybe it was just that one customer but other than that I will return for the bacon.
