I get that asking for less ice doesnāt mean you get more. I simply ask because I donāt like mine watered down but I ordered a large and this is what I received.

Iām not sure if they have new managers or a new crew but something bad has happened with service. This used to be a 5 min transaction now itās easily 20 mins. No one has that time to wait in the morning. We are trying to get to work. Then the two cashiers/ barista girls with all the jewelry on is super unprofessional. Teach them how to speak with guest when in public.

They have best prices for their drinks and food over Starbucks and seven brew. Also everything is so delicious... This morning I got 3 medium drinks 2 breakfast sandwiches and 10 pack of munchkin donut holes all for 16$!... one of the drinks was the new Sabrina strawberry daydream refresher I got for my daughter and she loved it but said it was identical to her favorite drink at seven brew that's 8$

I live a couple of minutes away from this location. Itās hit or miss every visit. This morning I was given a cup of brown hot water. I usually got out of my way to Wheeler Rd for better service and coffee. I blame no one but myself and wonāt make this mistake again.

Went through the drive thru and waited and we finally started saying hello when they said we could order. They didnāt ask us to pull around. We said thank you got no responseā¦. They didnāt tell us our total (I guess being on the screen is enough)ā¦. Just wasnāt good service.
