I enjoy going to eateries that have good food and great customer service. I feel that I deserve that if I am going to be spending my money there. So, normally I enjoy going to Dunkin in the AM to get my breakfast but there have been two different occasions, today being one of them, Thursday, January 2, 2025 that I have had the unpleasure of dealing with a young lady at the drive through whose attitude has been less than friendly. I have decided that if I go there again and have to experience the same atmosphere again, I will be speaking to a manager.
Now, I will say that there is a young man that has assisted me on several mornings whose attitude is well beyond friendly, he greets you with an amazing smile on his face each time I have gone. I wish I knew these individuals names.

I am a coffee drinker and frequent Dd on regular basis but my last visit has me reconsidering this the dark midnight coffee was basically brown tinted water the hash browns were burnt and greasy on outside yet raw on inside SORRY BUT I THINK YOU HAVE LOST A

I normally stop by there in the morning, on July 18 on my way to work. I ordered two avocado toast with bacon for myself and a coworker. When I noticed my toast was not toasted a thin layer of avocado with bacon It was sprinkled white dry all over it., so I looked them up to give them a call by the phone number doesn’t work properly. I stopped by there the next day and explain to the cashier who took my order what I had received. This young lady proceeded to argue with me about oh no we don’t serve onions but baby I know what dry onion look like and taste like I work in the food service industry so don’t stand there and say to me that wasn’t dry onion.I would never allow my staff member to argue with a customer even if you disagree with them. Waste of money both sandwiches ended up in the trash

If you know me you know, not only does America Run on Dunkin, however, So Do I! So much so, I have this fixation that whenever I am in a new area, I must experience their Dunkin. The real truth is I need my Dunkin fix, but we will go with that story.
As I was in Augusta for the day, I had to get my Dunkin before I hit the highway. This location was the closest to me so I kindly pulled up! The location has a tree at the corner so I almost missed it, however, their sign roped to the tree caught my attention. LoL!
Walking in, the location was very clean. As it is hot as hell outside I’m glad the A/C was on and set at a nice temperature that fit the bright ambiance of the store itself.
I decided to use the kiosk to place my order as I wanted to play with my flavor shots. Ha. The kiosk experience was super easy and quick and I was off to the counter.
Once at the counter, I asked if they could make my coffee in my “Dunkin” Tumbler. It was today when I learned this wasn’t a common ask in Augusta. Girl 1 asked Girl 2 clicks they who had to turn and ask Girl 3 who finally said yes. Bear in mind, when I purchased the mug from Dunkin in my area one of the main selling points was that since it was a Dunkin Tumbler, it could be used at any Dunkin to help save on waste. I loved the idea.
In any case, Girl 3 made it happen and all was well with my order. LoL.
The staff was super pleasant and all working on something. I was excited to see no one just standing around on their phones. We all know presentation is everything. Great job team.
Once my coffee was made I could instantly tell by the aroma that she understood the assignment and followed my order precisely. As soon as I took the first sip, my entire body said “ahhhhhhhhhhhhh!” Though the brew wasn’t fresh and was only a step above room temperature, the flavor was spot on and I could just let the sun heat it up for me. ????????
All in all, there’s nothing like a good cup of Dunkin ORIGINAL Blend!!!! #iRunOnDunkin

I pulled up at drive thru and this funny talking young person asked what can I get you!!Out of all the young men. And women work there why they put the one kid on mic that talk funny. ?? LNext I clearly stated that my food wasn’t hot the day before please make sure it’s hot.Ok was the reply!Well as I’m rushing off for work I bit into another cold chicken roasted wrap!!Tried calling but kept going to vm.Moreover I constantly have to remind them not to touch the top of a lid on no one coffee cup that’s unsanitary and to always grab the side of cup and someone should be placing lids on cups with clean gloves.
I was just there 5 minutes ago I got two hot coffees cream and sugar on the side and a french vanilla four creams I'm sorry French vanilla 4 splendors two creamers sugar-free French vanilla all the coffees are small I just got to my destination and this is the worst coffee it's like it's just water I am a coffee drinker I want it tastes like coffee I don't want coffee I don't know what the situation is but you're trying to save money but you're losing money you selling colored hot water was waiting for the longest to find a Dunkin Donut to get a good cup of coffee so disappointed

I ordered a half dozen boston cream donuts and none if them had cream, tried to call numerous times, rings once and get mailbox full message.... don't think I will be returning, best part of a boston cream is actually having the cream otherwise its just a plain donut with chocolate on top
