This was the day after Thanksgiving and some places were closed. It was 1:30 in the afternoon and we had a craving for donuts. this late in the afternoon and they still had a good selection. We bought a dozen donuts and we sat down and ate three each. That was our lunch. There wasn’t a lot going on so I can’t say there was much atmosphere. However, it was entertaining to watch the staff all on their cell phones, making comments about things that we had no idea. Donuts were good. We had a good time. We left very happy. I will go here for donuts again.
Parking: Parking can be a little crowded. Dunkin’ Donuts is set up for drive-through.

This location has declined tremendously. I paid for my order and the staff was standing around on their cell phones as if there was no order to be made. I stood there for 15 minutes, until I asked for my money to be refunded. No im sorry for the wait not even a thank you after my money was refunded

My Uncle and I went through your drive thru this morning and had a extremely unpleasant experience with Angelique at this location.
She yelled at us through the speaker and when we went inside she stated, “I don’t have to to talk to you the way you want me to talk to you”.
It’s all about professionalism and respect. We we’re extremely respectful. That’s not how you talk to someone. We ended up canceling our entire order just because of her customer service.
I expect someone of high management to reach out to us as soon as possible.
I drive farther to use this Dunkin because staff is friendly, service is quick and coffees and food are on point 99% of the time. I usually use the drive thru but recently decided to go inside. The coffee wasn't very good and the croissant was luke warm. The interior, tho recently remodeled, wasn't very appealing and the countertops weren't wiped down. Sadly, I won't be rushing back to this location any time soon and it has been my long time favorite.

A week a go I had ordered a avocado on toast, got back home the toast tasted bitter, the whole bottom of the toast was burnt... This morning gone back order a medium iced caramel latte, they gave me original iced latte, barely any ice in it.

From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm, making me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Not only were they efficient in taking my order, but they also went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. Their friendly demeanor and attention to detail truly made my visit memorable. I highly recommend stopping by Dunkin on Wheeler rd for not only their coffee but also for the outstanding service provided by Kaniya and Myquasia.

ZERO STARS. I went into this Dunkin Donuts hoping for a positive experience and hopefully just a coffee and a donut. I left with great disappointment and have decided to no longer shop at this restaurant. I had one of the worst experiences ever with a server by the name of Angi. She has to be one of the rudest and most disrespectful servers I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant. I asked for a simple Dunkaccino and a glazed donut. She obviously did not know how to make one so said a lot of rude and disrespectful things to me. I decided to forget the Dunkaccino because I no longer wanted to be belittled and was just going to get a donut however, she was even more rude about that as if she didn’t want to serve me. This restaurant has some of the worst customer service. They don’t know the menu and have horrible attitudes. Avoid going here. All the positive reviews are fake. They will completely ruin your order and they’ll waste your time. After the pandemic it’s been so hard to find anyone that wants to work. Everyone is so upset to be at work and they take it out on the customers. It’s ridiculous. Do not eat here! Take your money elsewhere! Subsequently, I left and went to Starbucks down the street and got exactly what I wanted made right and had amazing experience. My servers were kind, listened, and were happy to take my order.

I barely go to a Dunkin do to past bad experiences... But my husband brought me to this location and wooooooooooow!!! I did enjoy the foooooood for ones!!! We went through the drive through and the person seemed to sound very calm and polite... And going to the window... Service seemed the same... I was happy for all the experience...Thank you
