So the staff here is the best part of this place. They are honestly amazing, at least the ones I have had to deal with. My issue with this place is 3 times I have placed mobile orders for a dozen donuts. Each time I have gone to pick them up and they literally don't have most of what I ordered. I don't understand why in the afternoon, a donut shop is out of most of its donuts. I can understand if it is closer to closing time but 1pm, 3pm and 4:30pm were the times I went. Crazy enough, this isn't the only dunkin donuts I have had that issue with. Krispy Kreme doesn't have the selection I would prefer but they are always stocked. Dunking needs to do better.

We got there and ordered bagel minis (4 times we repeated it) and ordered a mango pineapple refresher and 2 doughnuts. The guy who took our order didn’t give the doughnuts while we were waiting on the rest of the order. We waited for a long time just to find out that he made the wrong drink and the wrong food. No apologies, no nothing, we had to argue to fix the order, then wait again. They had 6 people working in view and only 3 people in the store and still the service was terrible. We had to ask for the 2 doughnuts we ordered while waiting on the “fixed” order.

No greeting when entering property. No communication until order was ready and that was barely two words. I understand being an introvert but the interaction was rude. Waiting 5 minutes for 6 donuts that come from a fridge is wild to me.

One thing I am so sick of is when you place your order, a simple order at that and they give you your order and it's incorrect... Avocado toast with bacon, but of course no bacon!!!!! Was the order too complex please make it make sense!!!!!!
The hot food is not just disappointing, but gross. The last few times I've gotten food the croissants were raw and the hash browns were either cold and undercooked or dry and hard as a rock. Their food used to be pretty good. I'm not sure what changed over the last few months, but I heavily recommend checking your food before you leave.

I hope management see this but it’s the worst service I’ve ever got. It Tuesday the 8 of July the girl on the window need another position. I had to repeat my order 10 times still ended up with a drink that’s was basically water and a doughnut I didn’t want because of the person at the drive by window. The nastiest iced tea I’ve ever had I will never be back I will go to Parker’s across the road or McDonalds
