So disappointing to see the shrimp & grits jump from $12 to $30 with no increase in portion size

A celebration of mediocrity.

Great food and great service from friendly and knowledgeable Amanda tonight. We love Edgar's but sometimes the service pace is excruciatingly slow. Tonight it was a perfect pace. And the crème brûlée was one of the best I've had.

Service was extremely slow. We had to send back a salad twice. Once because the steak on the salad was ordered rare...it came out medium - well. The second time it had the wrong ingredients.I ordered the filet. Temp was perfect but my asparagus was ICE cold. Along with the other 4 people I was with. I spent $356 which was a complete waste.Drinks were good!

Buffet style brunch was unexpected but the food was good however the delivery mechanism of a buffet does not warrant hot food and the experience of the restaurant and the vision of the chef suffer for it.

I went to Edgar's for the Valentine's Day Dinner service. The service was good, our server Alyssa was great. Our drinks were nice and came out at a great time. Everything went wrong when the food was brought out. Our apps were cold. The second course had overcooked proteins. The grits were cold & the risotto was a thick, gloopy mess. The entrees were alright, but for the price, the quality should've have been much better. The sea bass was underseasoned and the dirty rice for both dishes felt out of place. The desserts were quite beautiful, but the flavor was not there. Overall, I wouldn't recommend!

After me and my lovely queen left a musical show at Evans Performing Arts Center, we both wanted to find a good place to eat amazing food. So we decided to make reservations at Edgars Grill and boy we where so amazed at the atmosphere and services that this restaurant location provided. The first thing that came to the table was a pork belly burnt-in appetizer we ordered and it was so good that I had to order me something else off the menu, at the time I really wasn’t that hungry. My wife ordered the catfish stuffed with crab ?, and I got me the rack of lamb with red rice and mac and cheese. For this being our first time, going to this restaurant, we both were truly blown away with the flavor, the food presentation, seasoning that was used, the customer service. If you have not been to Edgars Grill, take the time to make a reservation and experience this restaurant. Iwould rank this restaurant up with my top restaurants like Cork and flames ? in Evans. amazing. It was a 8 out of 10 on my ranking scale….

Our waitress was Devin. She was very personable and she made our night great. We were celebrating a special occasion and she was very sweet. We enjoyed her. The food was great. We recommend the crab stuffed catfish!!

The Valentine's Day special was a nice treat but I personally was not a fan of the duck entree. The scallops were also not my favorite and I do typically like them. The filet and desert was amazing and we enjoyed ourselves overall. The wait staff were also great and the atmosphere was nice.

This was my 2nd visit to Edgar's. My 1st time was for Brunch back in June 2023 and it was absolutely horrible. I've heard good things about the dinner so brought a party of 9 this time. The Host seated us and our waiter was Dalton. I was surprised there was no happy hour or food specials since it's V-Day week. Our drinks and food was all good. We appreciated the fresh bread and flavored butter. The only food we all agreed wasn't good was the cheesecake. It was plain and underwhelming.

This was my first experience at their weekly Sunday brunch. The spread was amazing! They had so much laid out from breakfast to lunch and a large variety of desserts. Everything I tasted was delicious!

Had a great time, waitress was helpful with drink recommendations and food was very good. The ambiance of the restaurant was great, nice music low enough to keep conversation with partner.

Few observances here: 1. $60 for two appetizers and 2 drinks is out of control. $80 with tip. (I don't make wait staff suffer b/c of overpricing by the restaurant.) 2. The waitress seemed more intent on pushing the Goodwill agenda (They're somehow affiliated) and asking for donations. (A few annoying times.) 3. The enjoyment of the meal and atmosphere should be the primary concern of the wait staff, not the success of fund raising. 4. The food was great but I'd guess that this goodwill fund raising will hamstring the success of the restaurant. We may visit again but if the fund raising thing for goodwill (A crooked organization) continues, I'm done there. Enjoying the dining experience should be the primary focus of the restaurant and staff.

I've only been here twice. Both times the food and service were spot on! I've been recommending here to anyone who asks where they should go eat.
