The food was cold and disgusting. They are using sub par ingredients. I couldn’t eat what I ordered. Will NEVER go back. It’s an insult to the name El Paso.

10! 10! 10! Everything was amazing. The atmosphere and aesthetic gives exactly what it should; Hispanic! The food was perfect. I had a taco bowl and it was amazing. The service was great, they are so kind and my Dominican waiter made me feel right at home 😌.

I want to thank Katie. She was so sweet the entire time. I enjoyed allllllllll of my food. The Texas rice isn’t on the menu but it’s AMAZING!!!!!!!!! Thank you for making my first visit the best.
I really didn’t want to leave a poor review but I can’t get a manager to respond to my messenger or email. I’ve gone twice. The first time when they first opened and again the other night. I have terrible food intolerances and allergies, but non authentic Mexican restaurants are usually safe. The first time I went I was told the vegetarian menu wasn’t accurate, that it’s the same menu used all over- but the rice and beans are not vegan/vegetarian friendly. Ok fine. Then a friend told me she asked if they had vegetarian food, but she’s not vegetarian so she doesn’t know to ask about the rice and beans. Someone told her yes they do. When I went the other night, thinking maybe now that they didn’t just open so maybe now their menu would be accurate. Thank god I asked and didn’t just order. The waitress asked the kitchen. And they said there’s lard in all of the beans and the rice wasn’t safe either. What a disappointment. I really wanted to talk to a manager to get clarification. They really shouldn’t have a vegetarian section, if it’s not really truly vegetarian. Had I eaten that food, thinking it was safe. My face would have swelled and I would haven’t gotten extremely sick. This is incredibly dangerous and unsafe. Either make the food as it is advertised in the menu or take that section off. I hope other vegan/vegetarian people are cautious. I hate to think of people who don’t eat meat haven’t consumed the rice or beans. Completely dishonest.

Excelente restaurante, excelente comida y excelentes bebidas
The ambiance, decor, and staff were great. The food, however, left a lot to be desired. Budget mexican in a boutique environment.

Overpriced mediocre/terrible food, and very poor service. Our food wasn't hot, just barely warm. The pico, guac, and sour cream that comes with your meal is an extremely limited portion, so we asked for more. They charged $5.95 for maybe 2 TBSPs of guac and $1.99 for a little extra pico, which wasn't eaten because the main dish had a very long hair baked into the cheese. Once we complained, the server checked out, and it was a very long wait to get the bill and then for her to bring back our card. They did comp for the hairy nachos. IDK why, but I didn't realize it's a chain. Moving forward, I'll stick to the local, small business talent, since this place is the absolute worst.

Our server was not attentive at all. Had to ask for drink refills, and she was not friendly and acted like we were inconveniencing her by being there. Food was over priced for the amount we received and sides of guacamole and sour cream were sparse.
