Füse is the kind of place that is an absolute gem and hidden treasure. Wonderful staff, great hand mixed drinks, and a huge selection of beers. Now on to the food! If you like Asian inspired eating than this is the place for you. I will miss füse until they open back up in the future. This holds a special place in my heart

I have had better burgers, which I'd call gourmet, whilst these are hearty burgers at a great price that will remind you of those you had growing up (with some alternative flavours for a modern take). I'd highly recommend, as the service was very helpful, attentive and courteous and we had no complaints about the burgers.

Great brunch! An establishment far unlike most others in the area. Cuisine not afraid to step out of the normal box of Augusta fare. Very good! This place should always be packed.

Finished before I even thought to take a photo. Food was that good. Stopped I while passing through Augusta. This is definitely worth a stop if you are passing through or staying in Augusta.

So, I wish I could write two separate reviews for this place. The food was great, but the service was HORRIBLE. My family came for brunch on Saturday. I'll just cut to the chase. The staff was super snooty to us. I have to assume it was because we had kids with us. My son puked his food all over the the table. Out of the 5 or so employees running around, not a single one stopped to wipe off the table. So, after cleaning up what I could with napkins, my husband had to go ask for a rag. He was given one dry towel. And because no one came with a wet rag or to collect the puke soaked rags, I had to put them on the floor. We, as well as the rest of the guests had to eat our food with the stench of puke in the air. Our waitress never even came to check. I've never been so humiliated in a restaurant, that from the second we walked through the door we were treated like we were unwanted. Then, when something happened that we legit needed help with, not a single person stopped. I honestly feel bad for the other guests as well because it seriously smelled like puke and not a single employee brought anything to clean it up, let alone offered to help.

Great brunch. Great beer list. Great Bloody Mary. Service is always impeccable. Just tried the vindaloo and I regret not having tried it sooner.

My family and I decided to go in for dinner tonight. Even though it was busy, we were promptly brought water and had our drink orders taken. Our server was very attentive and quickly brought out our appetizer. Our meals followed, nicely timed, as we had just finished our appetizer. The food was DELICIOUS! Two of us had the Low Country Risotto & the other had the award-winning Fí¼se Burger. Our dining experience was brightened by a visit from the chef, who was conversing with guests about their experience. He was very courteous and thanked us for dining with them tonight. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I were downtown Augusta Ga and stopped for dinner here. Good service, good food, clean bathroom and off street parking. Little loud on this Saturday night but ok.

Ate here 3 times during Ironman weekend - 2 for brunch and 1 for dinner. Pork belly and vegetarian hash were amazing as were the lamb and pad thai burgers. Great craft cocktails and extensive tap craft beer selections along with friendly staff make this a legit foodie/drinkie destination.

Came in to eat around 2 PM and unfortunately they only offered a brunch menu. A lot of the menu options looked really tasty, however, it was such a hot day I was looking for something lighter. I was really surprised they didn't have a salad option on their brunch menu. With that said, the waitress suggested a vegan vegetable hash that was lighter than some of the other options. I got it and really enjoyed it. It was a mixed vegetable hash, sautéed spinach, mushrooms, roasted tomatoes topped with almonds Which gave it the texture that was needed. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Fí¼se is a sure thing. The food, cocktails and service are consistently excellent. For brunch, you really can't go wrong, but the shrimp and grits is particularly good. You can count on a good selection of year round cocktails as well as seasonal offerings as well. My only regret is that I waited so long to start dining here.

This was by far our favorite restaurant in Augusta. The food was amazing and interesting. Staff was extremely nice and honest when answering questions. The drinks were amazing and very interesting. Mikhil was our server and he's really relaxed and informative. Very good service.

Unique food choices. Had the chocolate chili chicken. It was delicious. The baby street corn on the side was very tasty too. The service was polite and prompt. They seem to prefer reservation but I was seated immediately without one. They have a variety of draft beers and cocktails. They have daily specials as well.

I'm not sure how well this place does but it most likely doesn't get the attention it deserves. This place is so nice it almost seems out of place. Between the interesting food choices, the TONS of beer on tap and the great service, I wish I could give it 6 stars. Really. It was my single highlight of going to Augusta.
