I am usually there every Thursday. I always love talking to the lady's inside and shoot the breeze with the brothers outside! Great laid back and quiet atmosphere... I usually get the pulled pork, hash and rice with Mac and cheese. It NEVER fails that it is better each time. As a matter of fact, I am on my way now.
Went for a Saturday afternoon lunch and got two rib plates with mac and cheese and turnip green. All of it was amazing the greens were honestly the best I’ve had and washing it all down with a mango lemonade was just the best. Will absolutely return soon for the food and great service which makes you feel like you’re part of the family stopping by your aunties house for a plate not buying one from a restaurant.
My first time here and it gave me that old time feeling.. I knew when I closed my car door and was happily greeted before even stepping towards the building, it would be a great experience..
