This location used to be good.. but now, they are SO rude. Don’t even try to call in an order.. they’ll leave you on hold for 20 mins & leave the phone off the hook after that so you can’t even call back. & they will lock the doors 45mins before they close bc they are so sorry. Smh, do better!!

Worst tuna sandwich I've ever had!! In previous visits I've had the tuna sub and it was delicious....not today. The sandwich was dry and tuna was straight out the can. No paper wrap to separate the sandwich from pickle or paper container. The hook and ladder is supposed to be hot....it wasn't. I am requesting a refund and not sure we'll be ordering anything else from firehouse!!

I went in to pick up my mobile order . No one spoke to me at all. Or acknowledged I was there at the register. I got my order off their rack but there were no chips. I asked a guy where do I get the chips he acted like he was too busy to answer and pointed at the register. I went there and they pointed behind me across the store along a wall where there was a chip rack. The area you get drinks is pretty dirty makes me wonder what the inside of that ice machine looks like.
