Food was great as usual. Though we eat at this FG every time we come through Augusta, it was a little pricier than normal this time. $84 for four people. Figured out that they put one extra cheeseburger on the order that we didn't ask for. Would have addressed it with them, but the line was too long at that point.

The hamburgers were greasy and made my son sick and very expensive it cost 60 dollars for 3 people to eat and it wasn't even worth it won't be going back

I ordered 2 vanilla milkshakes and never received them. My cheeseburger was missing 2 of the 4 ingredients & I guess to compensate us for the lack of milkshakes they sent a large UNSWEETENED tea. Y’all are a joke! Find another job please!

Worst location I've gotten food from. A month or so ago, I ordered delivery. When it arrived, there were no "bag fries." We all know this is half the reason for going. I didn't think it was right, but I just assumed they didn't do "bag fries" on delivery. So when I ordered today, I ordered a regular size fry (instead of small) so I would get a decent amount of fries. Not only were there no "bag fries" when it arrived, but the cup of fries wasn't even filled all the way up (see image, that's ALL the fries in my bag). I contacted the store and talked to the manager. She said they do the extra fries for delivery, so I let her know this was the second time it's happened and that she should talk to her employees. She offered no resolution - not even to pick up additional fries for my order (I wouldn't have, but even the offer would've been nice). Simply told me I could request a refund in the app. Clearly I was going to do that, and I didn't want anything free from them — but to not even offer any attempt at a resolution simply isn't how customer service works. I've never had a negative experience with Five Guys before trying this location, and after two tries, they've let me down 100% of the time.

Your lucky the Uber driver only ate half the fries, u lucky the burger wasn’t bitten. My experience today… Omg! Not sure who is on staff today for lunch! Damn! Felt like I just ate a burger grilled on a pitboss! They killed the bag with bottomless delicious French fries and the bacon was frickin crispy and perfect! In summary- a most delicious bacon cheeseburger one could only hope for every single mouthwatering bite stood a chance to savor and keep my eyes from rolling to the back of my head!

Stellar experience. Service was speedy and food was delicious. So many fries! Burgers were everything I expect out of a five guys. Highly recommend this location.
