BURGER IS SO GOOD! Nothing like this normal east coast fast food, it’s really good. BUTTTT the burger needs to have a meal included in the price maybe like 15$ for a regular fry regular soft drink and 1 burger. The fries 🍟 were not even close to good, nor did they have a good Cajun flavor, I paid 9$ for 2 large fries and they had a horrible texture and not a great flavor. Honestly large fries should be in a meal also, they sucked so bad and I’d pay no more than 3$ for that poopy. Please let’s get a meal plan going FIVE GUYS! It’s needed …..

Fries stuck together! Asked for a regular hamburger got more than asked for in a bad way. Person taking order wasn’t even going to give me a cup for my drink! Got an attitude when I asked for mayo!

Went to get Five Guys with my husband and we arrived at 8:45 PM on a Tuesday and the doors were locked and the workers said they were closed when the door and website says open till 11am - 10pm. The workers were incompetent and didn’t want to work, absolutely unacceptable. The lady who worked there hopped over the counter which is unprofessional.

We have been coming here once a week for the last two years. We used to love coming here but the quality has gotten so bad. Last time we had to ask for fresh well done fries because they were undercooked several times before. Today we went back again, and the fry’s were terrible. Half of them are stale and don’t bend at all and the others taste half done?? It’s so frustrating paying $30 for two burgers and fries for the food to be soggy, undercooked and stale all at once.

Just paid 17 bucks for a burger and fries, I am officially part of the problem. The big daddy cockroach casually strolling across the dining room floor was pretty unappetizing.

When someone orders a burger with select options, PAY ATTENTION. I ordered a burger with lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayo and ketchup. I got a burger with lettuce, onions and mayo. Just why! You make custom burgers all day long. DO BETTER! Just try not to suck so bad at what you do.
