The French Market Grill has been one of our favorite restaurants for years. Although we live 90 miles away it's always worth the drive to dine there. If you've not tried it yet you should definitely make the effort to go.

Always a wonderful experience dining at FMG Surrey! Friendly and efficient servers, delicious cuisine and overall a FUN place!

Great atmosphere. It was a week night, so not very busy. Great place to catch up with friends. Food, wine were outstanding. I highly recommend trying here if you haven't. It can be pricey bases on the menu, but well worth it. Fried green tomatoes were good, seafood crepes are excellent!

The waiter Milo was amazing! However, the food wasn't good as usual. The shrimp was mushy and not steamed correctly. The green tomatoes was bland and not seasoned.

I use to live in Augusta some 30 years ago, I moved back to the area after 35 years. It was just as good, not as busy the new owners are so nice and knowledgeable about the business.

We had gone to try out something new and were left absolutely shocked at just how well of an establishment The French Market Grille was. Our server Justin was very enthusiastic and never seemed bothered by any questions we had and was more than helpful during our meal. I had ordered the Prawn Cake of which i was skeptical of trying at first but was pleasantly surprised when it got to the table. Every flavor of the dish complimented each other amazingly and was still delicious when ate separately. Overall it was an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend coming here to everyone i know!

The food was really good and we all enjoyed it as we were eating out for my mom's birthday.

If you are looking for some good specials, this is the place to be. The food was great, but what will keep us coming back is the service. We came for a birthday Saturday night and our server Justin was top tier. He made sure everything was taken care of and all of our request were handled in a timely manner. We are a rowdy group and he took it all in stride. I haven't been to a place with this good of an all around service in a long time, so Kudos to him for giving us a reason to come back!

I have been visiting FMG since the 1980s. (Since the late 1990s, only a couple of times a year when I'm in GA) It's always been delicious and had good service. This day the restaurant was almost empty and the food marginal at best. The service only slightly better. Such a disappointment.

They have wonderful service. The food qaulity and portion size was satisfactory. But, I must sayt he food was lacking seasoning. For a creole style restaurant we expected more substance. I did happen to have a brisstel from one of their basting brushes left in my food. But the manager swapped out my dish for a fresh one. 🤗

Milo was great! The service was excellent, as was the muffaletta with house made potato chips and shrimp and grits. The side salad was not. I recommend a visit but skip the side salad.

I can not say enough about our dining experience! We have a Louisiana background and I chose the French Market Grille as my birthday venue although skeptical. Every dish was authentic and mouth watering! Our Non-cajun creole friends were blown away and there wasn’t a drop left anywhere! Customer Service and reservation requests for large group were on point! But our absolute highlight of the night was our waiter Dez (maybe not spelled right) but he definitely attended to our every need! The Landry’s

It had been well over 10 years since my last visit, but it was still just as amazing now as it was then! Everything was great and delicious!
