Fujiyama Japanese Steak House & Sushi Bar

We order from here a lot through DoorDash. I normally don’t post reviews, but I was SO disappointed in what arrived at my house! We ordered a 2 piece Honeymoon nigiri & 4 rolls. The Dynamite Roll was SO tiny & missing the sauce. All of the other rolls had hardly any fish & also extremely tiny.

If I could give it no stars I would. The food was bland. The rice was dry. The shrimp was rubbery. The steak was tough and it it was suppose to be filet mignon . Won’t be coming back

My family and I have been going here for 30 years. I’m 45. This restaurant has fallen so far down it is disgraceful. In my opinion is is far too expensive for what you get. The price would be easily overlooked if the service was excellent, or even mediocre. If you require at least one drink refill, don’t come here.

I went for my Birthday with my 3 sisters. We had an amazing time. The atmosphere was awesome. Our cook Mick was amazing kept us laughing he had 2 birthdays at the same time but he made both of us feel special. Food was amazing. Wasn’t crazy about the waitress attitude at first but she warned up a little. Drinks was amazing. We had a great time. One thing the place was very noisy.

Best I've been to in Augusta, owner was fantastic and funny. The sushi was unbelievably fresh. I dont know where you can get fish this far inland so fresh other than here.

James, the bartender that night, made the best Moscow Mule my wife and I have ever had. I have always turned my nose up to an old fashioned, but his was to die for.

Overall great spot right by the house, highly recommend!

This is probably our most favorite Japanese restaurant to visit in the augusta area. Hosts and waiters are very kind, attentive and quick. Food is always amazing! We haven’t had any type of sushi or appetizer or anything that we haven’t liked so far. Not pictured is my favorite- The Red Bull
Such a DELICIOUS specialty roll.
The Chef Specialty for Two is our go-to to order. You get chicken, shrimp and steak with fried rice or noodles and veggies and the sides of the soup and salad. It’s a great deal!

I like the sushi but if u dont sit at the table where they cook in front of you the portions are not as big.
