The floors weren't swept or mopped in days based upon the appearance. It was very hot in there, some air was running but not much. While waiting for our food an employee was asked to move something from up high. You have to pay at the bar. She got up on the counter in her crocs and walked from one end of the counter to the other end to remove something. She then got down and the counter was not wiped down. Right after a customer came up to get to go drinks which was sat on the same dirty counter.

Food was good per the norm, and I did the Build your own bowl! Everything was fresh and plentiful. My partner in crime doesn't eat meat, and it was her first time, so I was attempting to do my best at explaining. Our server was amazing (Dang, forgot her name, but it was like Veronica or something to that, I'm getting old!!) she recommended a drink and one of the bowls (grean something or something like that). It had plant based chicken and veggies, and she chose the Udon noodles as her base. She LOVED it and the drink!! So much that now we can make the hour drive to the Macon store just to eat dinner!!!
Vegetarian options: The grean something or other sugested by our server was spot on!! Plant based chicken that was really good! I am a meat eater and I tatsted it and I'd eat it in a pinch without complaints!!!

What else can you say about this place. The minute you walked in you're greeted by the friendly staff. As I sit you down they explain everything to you and how everything works. They are very attentive to your needs and if you need anything that will get it for you. But the best thing of all is being able to take your drinks with you as you leave the restaurant. can't wait to go back

Upon entering the restaurant everything is filthy and you have to look beyond that if you’re hungry. My to go order was 20 minutes past the time quoted but I wasn’t expecting it to be on time anyways. The staff are always doing the best they can with they’ve got and not their fault whatsoever. I want this place to be what it used to be pre pandemic. If they can just start with cleaning the floors, that would be a great improvement there’s so much cleaning needed. Once upon a time It was the best place for lunch and you never minded waiting if need be. It used to be great food and good fun. Today the food was very greasy and salty with nothing special. I want so badly for this place to win again but sadly so much is overlooked.

this food is not worth the money, and let me tell you why:the meat is too chewy to swallow.the dish on the left is supposed to have vegetables other than sugar snap peas. it does not.the food should not be saturated in sauce. i can't taste anything but the sauce... why is there so much sauce?!how can they charge 30 dollars per bowl for this?! i would have trouble paying even 15 dollars.don't waste your money and time ordering here. you're better off going to panda express across the street... or anywhere else, really. i will not be returning.

I was rather disappointed tonight, I have gone to ghengis multiple times and have never had the problem I did tonight. Much of my order was wrong and I was missing multiple components of my order. I also found a few strands of hair in my food.

Mostly leaving this review for Dunn (give him a raise) as he was very hospitable. As it was our first time eating here he showed us around and walked us through the food prep process practically held our hand without asking so that was nice since we were on a time crunch. I appreciate him. I think the other reviews about cleanliness are accurate.

I was very disappointed with Genghis Grill.The food was absolutely horrible and burnt.It's sad when you get a take out order, and your food is burnt . I order a small bowl and it was not enough food in it to feed a five year old. I had to go back and wait 20 minutes for a manager to come and speak to me. She had them to redo the order, but the food was still burnt. I can tell you this just from observation that the grill needed to be cleaned . The bar counters needed to be wiped down, because they were nasty.My first and LAST visit.I don't want anything free or discounted.Carr.

Asked about drinks before we went to get our food to be prepared was told they would be on table when we sat back down. Got back from getting food in bowels for our meal to be prepared. Still know drinks . Saw people come in and sat at bar and ended up leaving because know one was taking orders or making there drinks. Charged for white sauce that a condiments wow .

There was a bug in my drink and I didn't not get what I ordered it was so spicy I couldn't eat it and what I ordered shouldn't have been spicy. Got 25 percent off from the manager for the bug but didn't even try to make my food right just said I'd get 2 free large bowls on my next visit. Still paid for the food I left on the table. I do not recommend this place at all.

Staff never apologized and even got an attitude with us when we asked what was taking so long. One of the bowls was missing food and the steak was so tough, most of it could not be eaten. If you are looking for good quality food service, this is not the place to go. This restaurant honestly needs to be inspected. Overall, trash service and food!

I have always seen people going to Genghis Grill, and it always smelled good, so I thought I would give it a try. I must say that I was truly disappointed. I ordered the Jambalaya bowl, and the rice wasn't done, and it was not seasoned at all. The environment was okay, and they gave you your money worth, but it just didn't taste good. Management was nice.

Our waitress, Virginia, was doing the best she could, but I think it was shift change or something cause she got 5 sat back to back. There was only 3 other tables in there so it didn't make sense. The pot stickers were burnt and tasted like it, the make your own bowl was burnt, my beef and broccoli was super heavy on black pepper so much I couldn't eat it and it made my eyes water when I i tried. Would have been 1 star but Virginia really was booking it to take care of everybody so she deserved her own star.

I always enjoy this establishment every time I come, from making the choices of what I want to eat. But today hit a bit different I have been here more than 5 times and Lexus has been the greatest when it comes to customer service. But I've witnessed the disrespect of a fellow employee named Evan that completely throwed a $5 bill on the floor to his co-workers because of a shortage in the drawer. It does not show professionalism at all, and witnessing that all his co-workers are uncomfortable because of the tension does not bring productivity to the entire team to be fully capable of fulfilling customer needs and comfort. With management being a direct family member it makes it even more problematic for the staff to be able to voice theirs issue in reference to this employee. Other employees gave me the comforting atmosphere such as Alexis and Ethan.I love this establishment but this is the first time I've witnessed such discomfort for not only me but the staff.

Service was good, and the place looked decent enough. Food was not what I was expecting. Mongolian BBQ is one of my favorite types of eats. I did like the variety of the meats and vegetables. I didn't like the base of rice. I've never had that before in a Mongolian BBQ before. To me it added nothing but to be filler. If I come back I will specify no base and have my meal like a normal Mongolian BBQ.
