1 day after the snow storm I called this location to see if they were open before traveling out my way to put in a take out order. A young girl answered the phone immediately with an irritated tone. I asked her if they were open due to the recent snow storm and she immediately hung up on me. I was seething. I have never felt so disrespected. I immediately called back and a man named Raymond answered the phone I asked if he was the manager he said Yes. I explained to him the verbal transaction I had with the pervious employee and he then told me that I can come down to the establishment he would speak with me and the employee (I guess to see what happened). When I arrived I asked for Raymond and he immediately started apologizing saying it was the phone the employee couldn’t hear me. Which was false because she gave no inclination that she was not able to hear me. To add insult to injury I asked who the employee was which Raymond along with another employee pointed out. It was a red head Caucasian young female (she would not give her name even when asked in front of management). The whole time I was talking to Raymond at the front desk she was smirking and had such a disgusting demeanor I’m not one that usually write reviews but this is the best way I could think of handling this situation with out getting physical I’m so upset I may reach out to a higher up. I don’t feel Raymond handled it well as a manager and that young lady should not work directly with paying customers or needs more training.

I have been eating here for 30 years. Since I was 4 or 5. Hands down one of my top five restaurants all time!!! The service is absolutely fantastic!!! The food is mouth-watering!!! It may not be for everyone, but for me and my family, it is 1 of our picks often.
Ordered a large Sicilian pie to go. A few slices in, we discovered several triangles of ham under the cheese and a few around the edge. We don't eat pork for religious reasons. Pie discarded. Money wasted. It looked good too upon first sight. Not happy at all.

My family and I dined in. We were seated around 6:10pm. We got our drinks with no problem. Ordered an appetizer. It went down from there. The waiter informed us around 6:45 that they were short staffed and apologized about our food taking so long. We decided we could get dessert while we were waiting on our meals. The waiter came back around and told us that there were more issues in the kitchen and we wouldn't be getting our meals. That was around 8pm. We were very disappointed and still hungry. I felt sorry for our waiter because he was doing his best. I do feel that the manager should've came out and talked to us, or had our waiter comp a portion of our bill. Guess he/she didn't care.

Food was good. Used a gift card though for my $65 bill and did no tip on the receipt and gave a $15 cash tip.. then my card was charged and addition $13 (20%) . Not sure if 20% Is a standard georgia gratuity but it should have said on the receipt.. in my opinion they double dipped and my waitress pocketed my 15 cash tip and then charged my card +$13 tip despite me not giving the tip approval ... so good food, just don't cash tip because they will charge you additonal 20% tip anyways. based upon my experience ...all together tho my waitress got a $28 tip on 65 which is fine. Just keep an eye on this to see if it happens frequently and becomes repetitive

This was not our first time at Giuseppe's. After visiting my daughter in the hospital we wanted a good meal. We entered and was seated immediately. After sitting for 10 minutes we noticed no one came to take our drink orders....we waited and watched a guy come in after us receive bread and a salad. The group at the table next to us paid their check and left. The waitress didn't even look in our direction. That left us feeling really disrespected. We discussed which restaurant in the area deserved our business and walked out. I couldn't help but notice we were the only black people in the restaurant. Between the four of us we've spent plenty money at this restaurant. However, we will NOT be returning. I will be sharing this experience with everyone I know.

Pretty good restaurant where it had a buffet style menu if you chose it. Nice warm atmosphere and the waitress we had was very friendly! Ate here with some friends and enjoyed the variety of pizza and food that was available for us. It reminded me of when I was young and my family would take me to eat at a pizza hut buffet. Would recommend trying this place if it's something you're in to.
