Ordered a philly cheesesteak sub and was charged 6 dollars extra to add onions mushrooms and peppers which on menu doesn't say anything about no extra charge

Ordered two pizzas water n two appetizers 100.00 dough on thin wasnt cooked enough to be able to pick up n eat cheese was missing about 21/2 inches before the crust and when using a fork n knife all ingredients fell off into plate the thick pizza was so tough couldn't eat it but dogs liked it won't be back. It's one thing to spend money on something that's worth it and tastes good... It's another thing when foods not worth 20$ very disappointed now the service was ok except when the young people in kitchen was throwing dough at each other

Ordered pickup via door dash and love the text alert notifications. When I arrived, the food was coming out the oven. Hot fresh delicious and excellent customer service experience when I walked in. Professional and everyone was in place to greet and assist customers. From the host, cashier, prep and cooks. Amazing restaurant. The food was outstanding

This restaurant does NOT know the Federal
Law regarding ADA Medical Dogs & Refused service to us because we didn’t not have a certificate HOWEVER ADA dogs do NOT have certification. By law businesses are only allowed to ask 2 question. First is that a medical dog and the second what service does the dog preform. When we advised Daniel C that there was NO certification certificate for ADA he insisted there was and told us that without one we would have to leave!!! That will be that last step time we leave because we will never return - NO matter how much we love their food!!

Went for lunch and arrived at 11, opening time. Buffet was not available til 11:30 so ordered from the menu. Had a side salad and chicken marsala. Have had better chicken marsala, but it wasn't bad. Appreciate that they have cheaper lunch dishes of some courses. Server was attentive. They did not have bread ready for us at 11 and said they'd bring it once ready. When we left at 11:50, the buffet was stocked with bread yet we never got any. Small gripe. I've been here several times and the service is always good, the food just ok.
