The owner called me a thief and said I stole a Parmesan shaker off the table. I called the restaurant spoke with Ashley the manager who accused me of being a thief. She said she would not give me the name of the manager and I would have to show up on my own time to find out. I will not eat this food tonight cuz I'm afraid they spit on it or something stupid I want my money back. Never again will I eat there.

In town for an appointment and had read this place was great so we thought we would try it since we had extra time. So glad we did! The food was really good! Meatball sub and Philly cheesesteak! The bread was drool-worthy. Did not try the lunch buffet but would definitely try it next time! Big variety of pizzas, spaghetti looked good and the dessert pizza was amazing! On top of that, the service was spot on perfect. Two lovely ladies (NJ and Augusta š) that took great care of us and we enjoyed talking to them! Would definitely go back.

Some people have a certain time for lunch. If you open at 11, the buffet should be available at 11 instead of 11:30. If that is the case, you should open up at 11:30 or 12. I was looking forward to having the pizza on the buffet. There are about 3 of them i have to get.
A bunch of reports of black mold in the back where they prep food. I have seen the pictures and know someone who was just let go from there who has confirmed that they have had a roof leak for years and it has caused black mold . Not only that but when the a/c units are turned on it blows the black mold all over the food thatās being prepared . The owner says itās the same as the mushrooms which is a ridiculous comment. Donāt recommend this place and the health department needs to be contacted ASAP!!!
I know that this place has been here for a very long time. And all my previous visits have been OK at best. However, I ordered a slice of pizza to-go this evening and it changed my opinion. I've never ordered a piece of pizza with spinach and had it made with canned spinach and not fresh spinach. And it was loaded with this slimy, green mess! I could even taste the metallic sediment from the can in the spinach. That is the sorriest ingredient I've ever seen on a pizza. At almost 7$ for a slice with 3 toppings I expected much better than this.
This was the review I left over 2 years ago. Decided to pick up something again, hoping things had gotten better. Nope. There were no customers in the resteraunt and it still took them a while to acknowledge my presence at the counter ( even though there were 4 or 5 employees just conversating, looking at their phone, hanging out. The lady who did finally asked if I had an order was unfriendly. The food: the baked penne pasta with cheese ( as advertised on the menu) had just enough cheese to meet the bare minimum of covering up the lack of sauce. The tossed salad had very wilted lettuce in it. And the slice of pizza had a shortage of cheese. Guess I should have taken my own advise and avoided spending my money here. As I was heading out the door with my hands full one of the employees taking a smoke break quickly moved away from the door in order not to have to hold it open for me. Classy.

I ordered for pickup - the aldredo didnt taste like anything but heavy cream. I called right away to see if I could return it almost immediately after having only had a couple bites, and was told that they couldn't do anything just because I didnt like it. I feel like they used to be much much better. The lady I spoke to was not at all helpful. The bread was yummy though.

Donāt waste your time ordering through DoorDash. Order was placed around 1:30 PM today for a 6:50 PM pick-up. This is the 2nd time we order with them (accidentally) and they cancel at the last minute despite having guests over. Not sure if they donāt feel like placing the order or running out of ingredients but it is officially a pattern. An email was later sent that they did not have the party salad option and cancelled the entire order instead of reaching out (maybe we would have been fine without it?) Have had DoorDash representatives call me to apologize which is quite embarrassing. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere

My buffet experience was horrible. I felt like it was very awkward and people were standing around blocking you from getting pizza. The flow and layout was awful.
Every slice of pizza tasted the same. You need a magnifying glass to see what toppings were on it as they couldn't put any less?!? Everything tasted the same. Lack of salad on a pizza buffet? That's simply a cardinal sin for the buffet world

We ordered 2 pizzas called in 2+hours before our Christmas party dinner , 2 pizzas. Went to pick it up at the designated time that I told them I would be there.. arrived , paid the cashier , She said it would be a few minutes⦠I could see into the kitchen, our pizzas were not even in the oven⦠they werenāt even prepared ā¦even with a call in order..15 min later still no pizza.. they had not even started to make the pizza's. I eventually could tell something was wrong and demanded someone to tell me the order was never relied to the cook when I originally called. The excuse was ā it was shift changeā got my money back but no pizza for Christmas party⦠pretty poor service

I never received my order and was ripped off from $58.
I arrived in Augusta and tried to order online. It was very difficult and I phoned in for a delivery order. I was told that I have to go back online to order. I made the order and there was no delivery or phone calls. I called the restaurant and the manager told me that they are not responsible for whether or not customers receive their orders. The woman was abrasive and talked over me while I was talking. Leaving Augusta ASAP.
