Awesome service so friendly and patient! Her name is Nephe I believe but everyone was kind. Food was great, had griot, black rice and macaroni cheese with the pikliz on the side. Everything was so flavorful. I will have to return to try more dishes!

Very welcoming staff that made me feel like they were grateful to have me as a customer. They gave excellent descriptions of the meals being it was my first time eating Haitian cuisine. I had the roasted pork, mushroom rice plantain and a side salad. The portion is generous for the price. And I’d like to add this .. Dont let anyone trick you about this particular Area in South Augusta.. it’s on the section of Milledgeville Rd. Basically all to itself. It’s safe and quiet.

First let me give the positives, the cashier who takes the order a young beautiful haitain female, is professional, polite, and her customer service skills is a 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating. The cooks are inconsistent depending on who is cooking the food that day.
I ordered oxtails, plantains, salad and pigeon beans. It was cooked to perfection.
The negatives were two things, 1. They only gave me 3 oxtails. Which was 2 big oxtails and 1 small one. 2. The price was $24. The food amount wasn't portioned in balance. They gave me too much rice 🍚 not enough oxtails. If I had more oxtails it would have been a perfect experience.
Everything else about this restaurant is near perfect.

I LOVED THE FOOD ! It was so delicious and flavorful I didn't even get a picture !!! I had the stewed lamb , mushroom rice and Mac and cheese with plantains! Not only were the portions large but the service was lovely , kind and uplifting ! This place NEEDS TO BE SUPPORTED !

I have never tried Haitian food before. This was a wonderful experience.
Very unassuming from the outside, quiet and relaxed inside. The service was excellent and they were quick to offer suggestions, upon request. The food came out quickly and was flavourful and filling. They were generous with their portions, as well, opping my dish with a couple plaintain chips I was thrilled to try.
I ordered the Stewed Vegetables with the Mushroom Rice and Macaroni. The Macaroni was a recommendation and I wasn't disappointed. Baked to cheesy perfection. The vegetables were stewed into something similar to a curry, delightfully spiced, which went excellently with the Mushroom Rice. That rice was delightfully mushroom-y. Had a tiny bit of spice to it, too, but was not at all overpowering. Cooked to a fluffy texture. My favourite.
Overall, I definitely wasn't disappointed with my adventure into this new cuisine and am looking forward to trying more in the future.

My husband and I saw this restaurant and decided to give it a try. We were so pleasantly overwhelmed by the kind and hospitable staff and the food was absolutely delicious!!! We can’t wait to go back and share this place with friends. Highly recommend!!
