Don't pay attention to the negative. The cookies are the best in Georgia and the girl behind the counter was fantastic.

The cutest petite young lady with the biggest brightest smile gave us the most exceptional service the other day. She interacted so much with my 3 year old.

I bought the cookie deal they offer. Paid $14 for cookies that did not taste fresh. They were hard and crumbly. Not impressed at all.

I ordered a cookie cake for my child’s birthday with a special request graphic. They did a really fantastic job. My Dr. Who loving child was really happy.

horrible business practice and employees just ignore you and move on to next customer to avoid answering questions about this "convenience fee." $0.45 added to your orders over $5.00, they don't tell you about it... and no, it's NOT a credit card fee... it's strictly because it's for orders over $5. Which begs the question, why is it called a convenience fee? who is is convenient for? absolutely ridiculous business practice. Add this to the whole, I'll turn the screen around and motion for you to decline tipping.

Always a fun treat for the kids. Or for all of us. :) The cookies are always consistent and good. If there's a line it usually moves pretty fast. I have never ordered a big cookie for a birthday. ? I may have to do that for my oldest son. ?

The guy in the mall would let me buy a drink and told me I had to wait behind the people that was getting cookies in order to just buy a drink and her was just standing there waiting on the other girl to fix the other people orders! Very sad that I had to wait for 4 people to pick out cookies to get a drink!! I walked off very rude service!

I bought 3 cookies today while shopping with my daughter. My total included a 45 cents convenience fee. I informed the cashier I was paying cash and why was there a convenience fee? She informed me that all transactions over $5 now incurred a convenience fee. I’ve heard of one for paying card but never cash! Cookies are already overpriced and now a convenience fee?? This will be my LAST time buying cookies!!!

Just picked up a cake I order yesterday at 10am. Ms Ricky the manager gave me the cake and the lettering wasn’t centered and I called back and she told me she was short staffed and told me that it was my fault my cake was not done right. She should not be a manger because her customer service was poor. I paid for a cookie cake and she hung up on me twice and blamed the situation on the fact that she had 15 cakes to do by herself which is not my issue when this cake could’ve been done yesterday. Poor management skills and she said she was busy but it was only 2 people in line.

Just got some cookies like always and the woman Shorted me on change her draw will be over $10 tonight won't be going there anymore

Was the cookie $5?! Yes it was! But it was worth it. It came with a cute little ring and it was the best sugar cookie I have ever had. It was moist and sugary with lots of icing. My husband and I were able to split it because it was so big. 10/10 would go back and get more cookies from here.

The birthday cake cookies are my favorite!

This was one of the worst experience. My cookies were in a lunch bag with grease spots on the bag like the cookies had just came out of the oven. Which they hadn’t they were old and hard.
