I love Great Chow. Being honest, their non-Chinese buffet food is so good (cream spinach, cold salads, etc) I honestly don't believe I've ever had any of their Chinese cuisine. Never been disappointed because you can always push away one plate and go get another!

The food used to be a lot better. Today the (cooked) sushi was dry (crabmeat)The sweet and sour chicken was tough.The fried shrimp and the wonton soup were excellent. Everything else was OK.

We could eat all we could eat but the food was bland and unseasoned, however that made me not want to eat. Customer service great like a conveyor belt but the food I only like the sushi because I added my own sushi sauce. The chicken was just fried not seasoned the fish was just fried not seasoned. But the service was great and the atmosphere was great. I would go back because of the place being so come and welcoming and clean maybe but the food need a tab bit season.

Horrible food, horrible customer service, filthy and is not clean. With all those freaking workers you would think that the place would be cleaner. A lot of tables still had dirty plates, cups and napkins everywhere. The server with her snide remarks after 4 out of the party of 6 had black stuff floating on drinks. Two chances eere made for her to make it right, however, she chose to be a clown instead. I will never go back! The very first time I went about 10 years ago was good. I know time has changed but my goodness. Deserve 0 stars!
