The fries were absolutely AMAZING. super hot and crispy...perfect amount of salt. My Hamburger was terrible...it was just so plain...no seasoning, just a hamburger, cheese and a few pickles. No salt, no pepper, no nothing. It was an expensive bite of nothing special. I said I wasn't going to eat there ever again...the French fries from this experience could possibly make me come back one more time...that's how good they were.

They forgot my hashbrowns and literally threw it at me. The cinnamon roll wasn’t worth the money and the service. I won’t be back. See we have to stop spending money at these places with horrible customer service. Then they have no choice but to hire ppl who want to work.

Today is July 21, 2025 at 8:30 at night I came into Hardee’s to get four double cheeseburgers and chicken strips, and there was only two workers. The front man that was working the drive-through he was a older gentleman was very nice and then there was a worker in the back which was female and she had an attitude, first our hamburgers were cold. We had to bring them all the way back and she was making the food , when the nice man in the front said hey can you fix these again their code she goes and says well I can hear them. We’re standing right here. Why would you think I can’t hear them with the attitude Lil Baby should’ve called in today because her attitude sucked and they weren’t even busy there was no one in the drive-through and there was no one in the dining room.

Had lobby closed before the posted time on the door. The staff was nice and let me order inside they put my food in a bag implying that we had to take our food to go. Burgers were slightly overdone. Everything else was good.
