I HATE TO DO THIS BUT I HAVE TO BE HONEST. IN SEPT 23 I ORDERED THE MOST PERFECT 3 LAYER CAKE and IN BETWEEN EACH LAYER I WAS ALLOWED TO PUT DIFFERENT FLAVORS, I WAS ABLE TO DREAM OF THE TOP DECORATIONS ON SPOT AND THE AWESOME LADY ABOVE 30 YEARS OF AGE WROTE IT ALL DOWN ON SPOT AND Made it COME ALIVE AND I LEFT knowing i would always COMe BACK... FAST forward to NOV. 23, I HAD TO GET ANOTHER CAKE THIS TIME NO DREAM, NO SPECIAL ANYTHING THAT AN ADVANCED BAKERY LIKE THIS SPECIALIZES IN could not throw together, SOMETHING PLANE AND ELEMENTARY AS CUP CAKES WITH A FLAT ICING ON TOP THATS ALL SIMPLE NO BIG CONVERSATION TO THIS, WELL THE YOUNG LADY IN HER 20s IT SEEMS MADE IT AN IMPOSSIBLE TASK FOR SUCH ADVANCED BAKERY, FIRST SHE HAD NO PAPER PEN TO WRITE ANYTHING DOWN SECOND SHE WAS QUICK TO STAY STERN ON ONLY Sending IN MY EASY REQUEST ON EMAIL, SHE STATED THEY CANT DO A FLAT TOP ON CUP CAKES, AND THEY DONT DO DIFFERENT FLAVORS IN BETWEEN CAKE LAYERS, AFTER I TOLD HER THEY DONE IT FOR ME AND OTHERS BEFORE SHE QUICKLY MADE OTHER CHALLENGES SUCH AS THEY HAVE SMASH CAKES For BABIES, WHEN IM SIMPLY REQUESTING CUPCAKES AND ICING ON TOP AND JUST FLATTEN IT OUT TO MAKE THE 8 CUPCAKES LOOK LIKE A SHEET CAKE NOTHING PERFECT AT ALL, WHEN I TELL U I HAD TO LEAVE BEFORE I GOT PISSED WOOOO, SHE SEEMED VERY NERVOUS AND NEW OR JUST WANTED TO NOT ASSIST BESIDES POINTING OUT AN EMAIL, HER CUSTOMER SERVICE COmPARED TO THE EASY PROCESS MY FIRST TIME THERE ON A HARDER CAKE WAS JUST HORRIBLE, SO SORRY TO SAY BUT A KROGER BAKERY TOOK MY EASY TASK AND JUST MADE IT HAPPEN FOR A BABY, KROGER NON EXPERTS WAS ABLE TO OUT DO THIS BAKERY ON AN EASY TASK, KROGER SIMPLY PUT 8 cupcakes ToGETHER SMEARED ICING ON TOP, FLATTENED IT OUT AND PUT A STICKER PRICE ON IT, THAT DARN EASY ..... We had an amazing experience with Hey Honey bakery for our daughter’s wedding! We ended up switching from different bakery only two and half weeks before the wedding and Kelsie was able accommodate us. The cake was so beautiful and tasted amazing! I can’t recommend them enough! When the cake was delivered to our ceremony, they added the final touches and the cake was absolutely beautiful and what my wife and I wanted. When it came time to cut the cake and eat it, there was nothing but compliments from the entire room on the quality of the cake and the flavor. Personally, it was one of the best tasting wedding cakes I’ve ever had. Ordering was very easy and delivered on time to the venue. Would highly recommend.
Kelsie was so easy to work with and was quick to respond to my inquiry for a two-tier naked cake for our wedding. Her prices are very fair, especially for the quality of the product. Our cake was was almond flavor with vanilla buttercream and was so delicious! All of our guests raved about the cake! It was delivered on time and they added the faux flowers and cake topper I provided and it was absolutely gorgeous! I have zero complaints with Hey Honey! Cakery and would highly recommend them!

The staff member who took my order over the phone as well as the staff member who provided it to me were awesome. Excellent customer service on both ends. The cake was both gorgeous and delicious. The bride and groom and all our friends were surprised and loved the cake.
