Should be zero stars! I’m convinced Brandi is the glue that holds this establishment together. She was not working tonight and our service was TERRIBLE. Drinks weren’t filled, food was cold, I think I seen my waitress maybe 3 times? We normally request or sit in Brandi’s section for a reason. I was expecting better on Masters week. Honestly tonight was a train wreck.

Bartender was focused on one customer only. Wasn’t attractive. And the chicken on my sandwich was way undercooked. Tasted like rubber. Thats your main thing is chicken. Should be the one thing yall do best. Had a horrible experience as well a few months back. Decided to give them another chance. They blew it. Definitely will not be back at hooters again.

Service was amazing, the young lady was super nice. Food was okish, chicken wings was dry and rubbery. Would give it 4 stars but the bathrooms was dirty and didn't have toilet paper.

A lot better than the last visit. Food and service was 5 star. The atmosphere was good just slow part of the day but overall big big improvement in all areas.
Service terrible. Food garbage and cold shrimp that wasn't cooked with seasoning on shell. Fish and chips were plain with no taste! Bar tender was mediocre.

I visited last night while in town. Although there were very few waitress, Brandi was handling majority of the tables and crisis that were occurring it seems . She was ripping and running but always made to check on us and her attitude was always upbeat. It was a lot going on last night with customers but she still made our night enjoyable.Wings are always good. I ordered chicken nachos, it was maybe ten pieces of chicken chinch and very little melted cheese, could’ve been better

I was very disappointed in the whole experience. This Hooters location has really gone downhill. The waitress was terrible. She checked on us twice the whole time and we were there for over an hour. They were also on their phones the whole time and did not care. The food was also terrible and the waitress got our wing flavor wrong. On top of all of that there was an awful smell in the bathroom that was almost unbearable. I won’t be coming back.

Server only checked on me about 3 - 4 times, it took several mins for one to even realized I was at a table, before finally came over to start to wait on me. The bartender seemed to be the one actively paying attention to her customers, but the bar was slammed.Another server brings me my food, & it’s my sandwich I ordered, but with fries & I ordered a salad. She takes it back & brings me my correct order, but no silverware or even offers silverware, I sit there another 10 mins trying to get someone’s attention to ask for silverware; my server finally appears again & goes looking for silverware & finally comes back with plastic ware. She stated she couldn’t find any silverware, and I just state that this is just a sad state of affairs.4 servers on the floor, plus the bartender.

Above average food everything else way below average. I understand it is a Saturday night but come on. Server was the worst part of the night Lilie I think her name was disappeared didn’t even know she was still there. Would have ordered more beers but couldn’t because she never came by the table. I hope this place goes back to how it used to be good food and service!!!!
