Food was good. The service is dismal. Not rude, just brief or they don't have it. You order be it done in or take out is going to take FOREVER! One guy must have sat there for 40 minutes.

Tried out Hunan Cafe for their lunch special which it’s one of their various beef or chicken combos with either white or fried rice and an egg roll. I decided to go with the beef and vegetables. Decent size entree for a light lunch, but don’t expect a normal size for the lunch special. The beef was a bit over cooked and was tough and chewy rather than tender, but the rest of the food was hot and cooked well. Service was quick and food was received quick. Good option for a quick lunch.

Best Asian food in Augusta! Owners are very welcoming & so nice! Very very clean! Great lunch specials & early bird specials! And dinner portions are huge! Nice place for Togo or DINE IN

My wife and her family have been dining here for more than 15 years and the food is always good. How ever, this last experience was not great. the food was awesome as usual… but we didn’t dine in we call our order in due to what time it was (45 minutes prior to closing). The worker who answered the phone l was not polite to my wife. Upon asking what he could do for her, she answered with I want to make a carry out order. Upon hearing that the worker muttered “Jesus Christ” like what my wife asked him to do was putting him out of his way. I do recommend the establishment. The food is great and the restaurant is clean and orderly and service is always great apart from this situation. I recommend that the owner has a conversation with the workers about politeness to the customers. Thank you and enjoy

The place is kind of small, but the food is good. Probably the best tasting Chinese food You're going to find anywhere in Augusta. Not overcooked, not over salty.

My son and I ate here for lunch yesterday, and the food was absolutely delicious. Its not your typical chinese grub; the quality of each dish is spot on! Our server was very attentive, and we will definitely come back. I love finding little mom and pop gems in Augusta!

The food was great, can’t wait to try more dishes. Lots of choices, almost couldn’t decide but went with Steamed dumplings and Salt & pepper calamari for our appetizers. For our entree’s, we had the Hunan Chicken and Green pepper steak w/ Lo Mein (not pictured). Both tasted great! The atmosphere was cozy and the restaurant was clean. Carmen, the server was great! Awesome personality! Definitely recommend to try this place out!
