I Heart Mac and Cheese Augusta

First time custom and it was amazing. We had the grilled chicken parm and the only thing better than the food was the service! TOP NOTCH!!

We really enjoy coming here, but it’s sooooo expensive.

The food itself (including the tater tots) was awesome, I had both vegan mac in a vegan grilled cheese with an impossible melt. I enjoyed each :) The main issue is the price, but given the location I can understand that.

Save yourself time and money and don't go here. The portions are small for the price and flavor is super meh. Was recommended the lobster bowl and I could have gotten a much better meal for $4 more at red lobster.

I don’t see this place lasting long. I hope I’m wrong. The prices are outrageous. 23.95 for a bowl of Mac & cheese!!!

I really wanted to like this place. When we got there the parking lot was empty which should had been a sign considering it was lunch time. The staff was seemed friendly but the food was extremely overpriced and not very good. I spent $18 on macaroni, potato tots, and a drink (the combo) and the chicken didn’t taste very good (I got the breaded chicken and the buffalo blue mac) and tasted like a fart smells.
I think this place has potential though if prices were lowered and it was a better create your own bowl place where you could choose different types of cheese, toppings, and fresh meats - you can do that there but it’s like deli looking cheese and I question the meat) I mean, I’m no CEO but I personally don’t see this place staying open for long if it continues running the way it does with the location where it is. The mac was gourmet quality price but trashcan quality in taste.
I did however have a great time with my friend (and my kids) there and we enjoyed eating out of the candy bowl while contemplating taking a food tray (don’t worry, we didn’t actually take one LOL)

I did not try their grilled cheese/melts or soups. They may have something there that is so amazing that it would make a person come back (even despite the prices….maybe?)

This is my first time coming in to this establishment ever in my life. I was so excited to come in and try something from here because I’ve been wanting to since it opened but never got around to it. So as you can imagine I was happy to be there… but not for long. The owner who was there was the person to serve me and she was so rude. I didn’t know what they had in store so I asked if she could tell me when she rolled her eyes and spoke to me as if I was annoying her. After I chose what I wanted we got to the slices of cheese part where you pick what slice you want to go on top. Well I said the wrong cheese not thinking anything of it but when I seen which one it was and asked if she could change it and that’s when she said it’s already on there as in her basically telling me no. Afterwords I just said f it I’m going to just leave a review. So after we left I called back up and asked to speak to the other person that was there and the girl (the polite one) answered when I asked what the other women’s name was because of how I was treated and she said that’s actually the owner. And I said oh well ig I’ll just say that in my reviews (the owner) and the (nice one) asked me could you please not leave a review. And I said no that’s not how you treat people especially new customers and hung the phone up.

I have been wanting to try this place but kept putting it off. Thankfully I tried it bc it was delicious. The classic grilled cheese is well grilled cheese. Still good but nothing spectacular. The tomato sauce it came with was very good though. Also tried the best of both worlds sandwich and it definitely made the experience so much better.
