Bad customer service I had walked in and was trying to go to the bathroom and the lady told me I couldn’t use the bathroom without buying something out of the store. She don’t know that I was going in there to wash my hands to buy something. I will never be returning here ever again

I recently came here for the first time and left highly disappointed. The food was not appetizing. One worker was rude when I’d asked to have my food reheated because it was cold, nor was I offered anything else after having paid for it. My whole experience was extremely distasteful and I don’t recommend coming here at all.

We came in here yesterday and purchased a chicken Parmesan bowl and purchased a custom bowl. The food was undercooked and cold in some parts and they refused to remake it or cook our food longer. Workers were not accommodating or service oriented. Not to mention the prices are exorbitant. Will not be returning.

The food was really good. The service was very slow. I have only been the one time, but with only one person in front of us it took nearly 20 minutes for our family to order. I do not blame the staff. They were friendly and seemed to be doing their job, but the way the restaurant operates seems very inefficient. The prices were also surprisingly high for a counter service restaurant (over $60 for 4 and one of those was a kids meal). At least the food was good, but the experience as a whole left me disappointed.

I have never eaten mac and instantly become angry. There is no flavor, chicken is horrendous and barely any cheese. $14 for a thing of chicken mac that I could have made at home that would taste better. Not worth it at all.

Brandie was SUPER sweet and helpful! Recommended some AMAZING pizza with Mac and cheese, my bestie and I LOVED it for our first time being here!

This fast food establishment is a crime against humanity, the side soup is literally in a sauce dipping container. Maybe 2 Ounces of soup. Whatever CEO decided this menu, Fire them. This company warms up pre-cooked cold noodles and put cheese on it and then charge super high prices. You pay 17-19 dollars for a soda, 3 macaroni-ball side, and a precooked bowl of mid macaroni then asked to tip 15% 20% or 22%.

It might be worth going one to see how ridiculous it is, but I do not recommend for anyone seeking an enjoyable meal.

Amazing workers! So nice and funny!

First time custom and it was amazing. We had the grilled chicken parm and the only thing better than the food was the service! TOP NOTCH!!

We really enjoy coming here, but it’s sooooo expensive.

The food itself (including the tater tots) was awesome, I had both vegan mac in a vegan grilled cheese with an impossible melt. I enjoyed each :) The main issue is the price, but given the location I can understand that.

Save yourself time and money and don't go here. The portions are small for the price and flavor is super meh. Was recommended the lobster bowl and I could have gotten a much better meal for $4 more at red lobster.

I don’t see this place lasting long. I hope I’m wrong. The prices are outrageous. 23.95 for a bowl of Mac & cheese!!!
