My family of four was looking for a great breakfast experience… we ordered an omelette w/ impossible sausage , French toast and sausage, pancakes and juice. The young lady never wrote down our modifications. Needless to say 3/4 orders were incorrect. She wasn’t rude but modified as we specified but then we heard the next table having the same issue… no apology and order was incorrect. We called for a manager who came out saying I can’t change anything with a very late apology. We indicated the couple across had an issue too. Well, she said I was about to come out and tell all finer their meals are comped because our systems are down. We did ask why no pad and pen or other pos device. The reply was we don’t do paper or pos systems. I say pull out ur iPhone or write the order on your elbow. Good memory no problem wrong order big problem. So many CS lessons to pest from here. We didn’t want anyone in trouble but that’s wasn’t good CS.

Horrible service! Pancakes were hard food was cold manager that was on duty served us and had an attitude horrible customer service! THIS IHOP NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN!!!!

This IHOP is very Horrible on Peach Orchard rd.. The waitress suck and the manager sucks really.. It was not busy. We waited 35 minutes. And the food was cold really. Horrible..??????

I hadn’t been to this ihop in YEARS. With that being said, we decided to stop by after some early morning errands. Our waitress, I can’t remember her name, she was very nice and attentive. Truthfully, it seemed like they had alot of new staff in there which to me is promising. I tried the seasonal hot chocolate with caramel and apple butter, it was really good. My waitress even asked me my honest thoughts on it and told me she liked it but her coworkers weren’t fans. It tasted like a green apple caramel lollypop from back in the day. I ordered the breakfast sampler that came with two eggs, two slices of bacon, two sausage links, two pieces of ham, hash browns and two pancakes. It was like $15 and some change and I was STUFFED. We also ordered the fried donut holes, they were sooo good, crispy, warm, sweet, and they came with a cream cheese sauce and a caramel sauce. If you haven’t been in a while, give them another shot. We don’t have a lot of breakfast options in south Augusta so I’m thankful I have something like this right around the corner.

I loved it everything was good and the waiter did a great job
Got seated right away was the only good part , I know when it's busy and packed it's understandable to wait but not when I have to wait almost 30 minutes for a refill alone , I would rate the food if I haven't left due to poor service and as I depart I hear and see employees argue among themselves , if I could rate 0 stars I would .

Management at this ihop is all over the place. Extremely understaffed, plates coming out half complete; lots of food missing, and a lot of waiting. Several other tables were also waiting crazy amounts of time for their food. I can't blame the servers, only the management as well as the chefs. They are struggling this morning!

Waitress came to our table three times! Once to get our order, to bring our order with our drinks and then with the bill! Needed more water while there.. I just wanted to get in and get out! Won't go again. It was grandparents day 9/8/24 and my grandson and I went cause that's where he wanted to go..
