Love going to the Walgreens at Daniel Village. They are super friendly, and the customer service in the pharmacy is phenomenal. I drive an HOUR out of my way to get my prescriptions from here because they always take care of me and they let me know when I am due for vaccines.

Benji the pharmacy tech is amazing!! They are always so helpful and understanding and if they don’t know the answer to your question, they will stop and take the time to figure it out. Their upbeat personality makes my day every time I need to get a script filled. Idk if there’s another way to show my appreciation within Walgreens but Benji is the best.

Not sure what was up today with the cashier who didn’t have a name badge who just came on today at 3pm who handled my package to fedex but you don’t get to silence a customer much less a regular customer who only comes for fedex. When they say they aren’t a regular fed ex pickup (which they are) literally the two fed ex had just come on their regular pickup! Jesus, rude much? Heck she didn’t even say hello or goodbye. The other cashier did. I should never just went to her.

This used to be a great pharmacy with great staff, but now I don't know any of the staff because they keep changing! It seems like every few weeks there are all new people. Most of the time they just don't seem have a clue what they are doing. Walgreens likely doesn't treat their employees good, which is why they don't last at this location! I'm switching to the Kroger pharmacy!

My Script is never ready in time and when you get there everyone is running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Called for prescription status they forgot to order my medicine. I’m just over this pharmacy I would rather to drive an extra 10 minutes to wrightboro rd.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. There is rarely ever a smooth transaction here. Either the script is not ready at the time stated, no record of the prescription ordered, or all of a sudden they decide to run the transaction without using the insurance they’ve had on file for years. Run the other way, folks.
