First time eating here, got the original cheese steak and fries. The cheese steak was excellent and the fries were perfect, crispy, hot, and well seasoned! Will definitely come back the next time I'm in the area.

Staff was friendly. Order took 15-20 min, but there are plenty of signs saying it's not fast, it's cooked to order.

Since I’ve been in Augusta (2021) this has been the most consistent eatery I go to. Food is always hot and fresh.

Mind blown! The bread was sturdy but in the best way no soggy disaster here. The buffalo chicken egg rolls were packed with flavor, and the blue cheese sauce? Smooth, bold, unforgettable. Definitely returning before I leave town!

The wing ding deal was amazing! We got fries, the buffalo chicken soul rolls, the buffalo lemon pepper wings and the jerk chicken wings and it was all 10/10. Their ranch was also top tier🔥 only cons are that there is only 2 picnic tables for outdoor seating (takeaway might be best) and you will end up spending ~ $20 if you want 10 wings but it's all homemade and amazing!

When I travel in town from out of state, it’s a must that I come here! Great food across the board.

I just want to say that I will never forget Jackie M’s. When it was just the little yellow restaurant with no additions and murals. I found them on google back in 2017 when I had just moved here and was looking for a good Philly cheesesteak. Back then you could eat inside and there was a small crew of employees here that made me feel like family. They remembered me on a first name basis, my son and the owner’s son/grandson would play and treated me so nice. I told everyone I knew about this restaurant because everything they make is delicious! I’m so happy for the expansion of business and even though I no longer reside in Augusta, I’ll always visit if I’m in the area. Give them a try! Absolutely amazing food and even better people!

Really good food. Cheesesteak was the best I’ve had in the south, and the seasoned fries are tasty. No public restrooms and only two picnic tables available.

Best little place ever. Great cheesesteaks and fries!

The food was good just a little slaty. Also the lady at the window had a personal conversation with the customer in front of me and I was on time restriction trying to get back some where. They finished the whole conversation before taking my order. Just asking to respect others time. It also takes 30 min minimum which they do tell you after you purchase.
