Update*There was an issue with their online menu and it was their first day on DoorDash. The fact I’ve received multiple apologies and phone calls shows they care and being a business owner myself I understand. I’ll just pickup from now on. You get a great in person experience and I’ll get my fries lol*I’ve updated my review stars and removed my original Facebook review. Thank you for a quick response!The Door Dash option is horrible. My office ordered over $100 worth of food. We were only given the option for fries with all orders and we received Miss Vickie’s Kettle Chips. I called because I assumed this had to be a mistake. I was told they don’t send fries through Door Dash due to them not being able to guarantee they would still be warm. If that’s your standard it should state that at the time of ordering. Not allow us to order it thinking we’re going to get fries and then send chips. Even sent a big bag of ketchup?? I even offered to come pick them up due to that information not being relayed but the lady just kept repeating that’s not an option on Door Dash. I hung up! I’m good on Jackie M’s! Just know if you get Door Dash you ain’t getting fries?

This is my first and sometimes only stop when I visit Augusta. The Jerk Soul Rolls are my favorite, and if I’m real hungry, I add a gut buster. The Philly cheesesteak is always fresh, the bread is perfectly soft, and it’s the perfect balance of meat and cheese.If I’m going to feed my friends, I get all flavors of the soul rolls, chicken Philly, cheesesteak Philly, and the perfectly cooked and amazingly crispy wings.Add a bottle of purple or mixed, and you got something amazing.You can’t say or visit Augusta without including Jackie M’s and Son.Parking: Plenty of parking

Was in town for family and wanted to support black owned business. I wasn't shocked to get some good food and even met a dope person with a fly Durango! So now to the experience. I pulled up and the music and the vibes were set. Made me feel right at home and the cashier was really nice. Once i placed my order(original Philly w lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo) i went to sit at the tables to wait where i sparked up a convo w Clint about his dope truck. Before you know it was time for my order, and it was worth the wait. The sandwich was exactly what i wanted and with all the flavor. The star of the show was the fries. Seasoned with salt n pepper on top of fresh cut fries. When i come back to see the fam definitely going to stop back in! Thank you for the dope vibes and food!

Cheesesteak was ok. I didn't like the flavor of the buffalo sauce on the wings. Fries and sweet tea were good. Friendly service.

Nothing bad to say , no improvements are needed this food is hands down the best! I always get a chicken Philly fries with soul rolls on the side and a tea. Please try this place you will not be disappointed and the wings are delicious as well and the flavors are unique

Tried this place for the first time last night and it is freaking awesome! I order a Philly Cheesesteak. Flavor of the sandwich was stellar. Atmosphere around the place is great. Just a good all around love for comfort food.
