This is the second time I eaten in this location. It will be my last. The Beefeater is supposed to have a half a pound of beef but there’s barely enough to cover the stale French bread. Very disappointing. Also, there are never any napkins at this location, except for cocktail napkins. Why doesn’t management order the proper Jason’s Deli napkins every other location has? And is it difficult to bring a fork with the meal? The salad bar looks sad and unattended and picked over. Management needs to be notified or changed depending whose responsible for the sorry state of this location.

Went through the drive through and waited 20 minutes for my food. The restaurant was not busy - as it was already 9 pm. Employee even came back to the window to ask us what we were waiting for??? Waited 20 minutes just for my order to be wrong and not good. Very disappointed.

After waiting 15 .minutes for my simple order of a muffelatta and chips , I approached the counter to see if I had been forgotten. They apologized, didn't know how it happened, but would bring my order right out. It still didn't come. I then asked a manager, (tall blond headed lady with headphones). She looked at my receipt and said she'd take care of it.10 minutes later my sandwich arrived, no chips. Server said he would bring. He never did. Again I approached the counter and after a couple of minutes he found the chips. Pitiful.

I love Jason's Deli. I really love their salad bar. I've also worked fast food and it's hard and staff wants to go home but if I come in at 9pm and order a managers special I kinda expect to get the entire salad bar, not the salad bar with none of Jaon's signature muffins or salad toppings. I guess that's the easiest thing to get away with tossing and cleaning way before close, but it leaves diners like me disappointed and questioning Jason's, consistency among all their restaurants. When I go into my local Jason's in Columbia from now on I'll hesitate to order my favorite (tied with Ruby Tuesday) salad bar and no salad bar means no managers special for my and if I'm not getting the managers special, why did I even come to Jason's?

My husband and I popped in for lunch and sat outside with our dog. We were so impressed with the team there…everyone was so kind and helpful! Food was delicious too…their ranchero wrap was on point. Thanks for such a wonderful experience!
From Texas down here doing storm clean up have ate here three times the employees are polite and haven't had to wait one time for my food and the broccoli soup is a ten plus I recommend coming and trying it out if you need to town and never ate here before
