I visited my FAVORITE Jersey Mike's today. My favorite smiley guy Haden, suggested I try their New Classic Pastrami sub. (which I did). It was simply delicious, it was neatly prepared and omg...it had a generous portion of meat and fixins, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you again, smiling guy for the recommendation. I'll admit, I always feel good about spending my money at this establishment.... it doesn't come with a negative ATTITUDE like other restaurants in the area. !! Way to go JM. Team

Visited the Jersey Mikes here in Augusta, GA on 10/20 to grab subs for my husband and I for dinner. The three gentlemen working were super funny and incredibly polite. It’s so refreshing having a positive interaction in the food industry. Both of our sandwiches were made perfectly and they were quite tasty. The guys were even cool enough to give me a cup of pickles on the side after I asked for extra pickles on both sandwiches! Kudos to this team - they made my day! We will be back again!

I was a first time customer & I must say the whole crews energy was Great ! Zay , Hayden ,Antoine and Mike has Great customer service ! Zay made a great suggestion with the chipotle mayo ! I’ll never eat my phillys the same ! Shout out to you Zay. Hayden gave me a free chocolate chip cookie because I was a first timer , shout out to you Hayden . Mike rung me up with great enthusiasm, shout out to you Mike. And Ant held great conversation until my sandwich was made shout out to you Ant ! It’s hard running into great customer service these days but I appreciate the hospitality I will definitely be back !
