Walked in at 8:35 Friday 11/21/25. I walked in and was warned they are out of tomatoes by a customer walking out. I walk in to one poor gentleman working with basically nothing on the line. I ask for a Philly and they have not one piece of bread!! I can understand a long day but having no food and no help doesn’t seem to be a good idea. I will contact corporate to speak to the service provided here.

Bread is hard and service is rude. I have food allergies so when I ask a sandwich to be made a certain way, don’t question me. Employee literally tried to touch everything I’m allergic to instead of just putting what I asked on the sub. Triggered me on purpose and got an attitude when I got upset.

I normally go to the one by bel air road but I seen this location when I tell you the food , customer service over all clean they got my vote first time trying a hot sub and they way the cooks delivered it and what all o wanted in it I must say it now my favorite sorry #7 they gain a new customer so of any one see this they are the best keep going guys I was pleased and satisfied!!!I am smiling through at every bite
